 + -1 moreI describe the job fully to their dispatch prior to the truck showing up the next day. The truck that showed up was half full of appliance items and the person told me they couldn't put yard debris on the same truck and would have to come back. They also told me they would have to make multiple trips although the dispatch told me it wae going to take one trip and there would be additional charge for multiple trips. All in all I felt like the people just did not want to get their hands dirty with yard debris. I canceled the job request.

Description of Work: I spent $1,100 on barely any work, and I was told after the fact that a "truckload" of junk wasn't actually a truckload, as they say. They decided that since the stuff they were removing was heavy, they estimated the weight and called that a truckload. They also told me the floors would be "so clean we could eat off them," but they left them disgusting. My mistake was letting them leave and swiping my card. I realize now I was being too nice. What's done is done, and we wound up finishing the removal of the stuff ourselves for free, but I want others to know that these guys are a complete ripoff.

Description of Work: This was the second time I used them. They loaded and hauled away some furniture from the first floor and garage, and they loaded and hauled away a lot of paper from a first floor bedroom. They left everything clean.

 + -1 moreGreat. I had several large items (golf cart, upright freezer, 2 furniture console TV's, 2 lawnmowers, and lots of miscellaneous items. They arrived on time, worked very hard, and when it was over, they had a full load. They swept out the garage as they went. They could not load the freezer (too heavy), so I arranged for a towing company to pick it up from the driveway with a rollback and they reimbursed me for the expense of that pickup.
