Ridgeway came to inspect a water spot on our kitchen ceiling. The plumber looked at the spot and said it was most likely a leak from the shower upstairs. He inspected the shower and determined it was a leak from the tile in the shower. He said that we needed to call a tile and grout specialist and he charged us for the visit. We called another plumber (Mr. Rooter) and they came and cut out the drywall in the ceiling and found a leaking pipe and replaced it! I called Ridgeway to complain about their service and they are issuing me a refund and gave a full apology and explanation and a discount on a future project. Excellent customer service.

Ridgeway replaced my main waterline for the best price and included the best warranty around. Salvador was knowledgeable and did the work quickly. The customer service team was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend them for this service!

Company called right away. Came out and gave me a very fair quote to replace our water line from the meter to the house. They came the next day and completed the job and did not tear up our front yard at all. I highly recommend them.

Replaced pipe from water meter to house. Performed Work quickly and cleaned up job site when finished. I would highly recommend them for this type of work. BTW; Price for the work was approximately 1/2 of the other quotes I received.

Excellent customer service, quick response and professional work.

I had a leak outside the home that was seeping into the basement. They worked quickly and took off their shoes when entering the home. Post repair the water meter is not spinning.
