The project turned out to be much more difficult than expected but Ridgeway Mechanical stuck with me until they found the solution to the problem even though they had to work twice as long as expected and they honored their original estimate. I would not use anyone else!!

This was the worst service I have ever received from a plumbing company. The Plumber (Jamie) worked on unclogging my pipes for less than an hour and said I owed him $325.00. He did not unclog the pipe, but told me the city was responsible and they would reimburse me. If the clog was on the city's side he should have never touched it in the first place. I am extremely unhappy with their service and would never recommend them for any service. This type of service gives a new comer to Atlanta a bad taste in my about so called plumbing professions.

Jamie did a great job of fixing the issue at hand. He got tied up on an emergency service call which delayed my appointment but got it done same day.

Great service. Made the call and the service rep was here within two hours. Of course, you never know if the repair to the sump pump will work until it actually has to.

One gentleman arrived and dug up the ground to actually find the leak and to give us a detailed estimate. The next morning around 7:30 am two men showed up and explained the work they were to accomplish and implemented the project with minimal disturbance to our existing landscaping. The only item I would have liked and forgot to ask for was if there was any warranty on their work and what type of pipes they put in the ground.

Charles arrived within a couple of hours after my call. Charged me $165 to replace a gasket in my toilet to stop it from running. It started running again an hour after he left. I called several times and at first he said he would come back out. Then he stopped answering my calls and i never got a call back from the office number. I could have bought a brand new toilet for the price i was charged. I am very disappointed and will never use their service again.

The 2 gentlemen that arrived and did the work were very professional and did the work in short fashion. They knew what they were doing and it didn't take long. I was impressed with how courteous they were.
