Main service line repair. Had other quotes from traditional plumbing services, All involving trenching from the meter to the house. This repair was fat, clean and professional. No trenching and nearly half the cost of my other quotes. 20 yr warranty. I'm a happy camper

Walked out the front door this morning to see water flowing out from under walkway. Using Home Advisor for first time they had repair expert at my house in 45 minutes. He quoted me a price to repair just the leak or to replace the line from meter to house. I chose the full replacement because for 33% more I get 20 year warranty on the full distance. Less than four hours later the job was complete and my yard was completely in tact because he used a shovel to hand dig only where necessary and then put all the dirt and sod back in place. Completely satisfied.

I called on a Wed evening to schedule a estimate. Ridgeway Mechanical sent a crew out to my house the next morning. I had to work and was worried that I would need to be home but they assured me they could give me a estimate over the phone which they did and I agreed to the work. They called me when they were done and I was even able to pay over the phone. I had to have a sewer main replaced under my driveway. Other companies told me they would have to tear up my entire driveway. Ridgeway Mechanical assured me that they had state of the art art equipment that would pinpoint where the pipes were located and it would be minimum removal of the driveway which they patched up after the job was done. They did a clean job and you can't even tell that work was done. The rate was reasonable and there is even a 20 year warranty on the work they did. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and communicated every step of the process to me. I am so glad I chose this company and definitely will call them for all my plumbing needs.

I brought in Ridgeway to scope the sewer line prior to doing some external landscaping work. They were on time, explained what they were doing and what they found, and were professional throughout. I'll probably hire them to fix the issues found once I have the funds to do so.

I had an issue with a sewage pump that these guys took care of. They came out for an estimate at no charge. Their estimate was the cheapest by far than others. They also did not recommend replacing the entire pump as others did. They were able to fix the issue without replacing the entire pump. Subsequently, something else went wrong which they came out and took care of immediately at no additional cost. Very professional and customer focused. I would hire Alan and his team again.
