Work was excellent but each action was charged separately and in my opinion over priced.

He was able to fix my faucet problem in about 20 minutes. Very polite and friendly. I will use again in the future

Alan Ridgeway was awesome in helping us fix our leaking toilet over the weekend. He was very nice about explaining to us steps we could take to fix the leak and went above and beyond in answering our calls. We would definitely recommend and use him for other projects!

Salvatore and his helper were amazing arrived at 7:00 a.m. and at 8:30 a.m. the job was done, water was turned on. Their technique is ingenious my front yard didn't have to be dug up as all the other companies suggested, years of experience speak for itself. I recommend this company strongly, you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for a job well done.

My main waterline was leaking under my driveway. I called Ridgeway around 3 am, recieved a call back by 6 am and scheduled a appointment by noon. The crew of 2 were on time and after discussing my options I decided to replace my main line from meter to the house. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of advice and options that were giving to me without trying to go with more expensive options. The quality of work and the time to complete the job was amazing. You could hardly tell that I had water problems when the job was done. Salvador and his helper made my experience truly satisfying. Ridgeway will be handling all my future plumbing needs.

My main water line to the home after meter was leaking. Great job done on time. But, it seems that the price quoted by the service personnel is not negotiable, as they saw that leak needs to be fixed immediately and took advantage of the situation..I was also in hurry and afraid of the situation. Later, found from my neighbour's, friends and other service companies that I have paid at least 3 times more than average price.

Ridgeway was great. HomeAdvisor got us started out on the wrong foot. Because they did not get confirmation from Ridgeway, they cancelled my appointment.....by leaving a message on that same day. They then asked me to call back and reschedule with someone else.....once I chose that person. This was on Friday. Fortunately, I was able to by-pass Home Advisor and call directly. The guy came out Monday and solved my problem. Complications occurred because of the rush and lack of information about the job, but he worked it out. If a recommended vendor falls through...just send the next one.

Prompt and professional

Was quoted a grand for the repair and the technician billed me 1200 after an hr of work. When you are talking about this much money, I didn't hear you incorrectly about the price...especially when we are talking face to face. I feel extremely cheated
