His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"

"Our new replacement windows were installed in July 2023. This was to be a two day install. The crew installed them in one day. Two large display windows each had a scratch. Casement windows were not aligned properly showing large gaps. Plugs were missing. The crew trashed our yard when they wrapped the windows. They did a lousy job and they had to be redone. All the screens were bent so we had no screens. They have sent out three set of screens and a year later were still missing screens. In October 2023, we were assigned a rep that promised my husband he would take full responsibility and get things ironed out. That hasn't happened. My husband and I drove to the Atlanta showroom. That Rep ordered a door for our house and he couldn't get them to deliver it to Atlanta. He drove himself to Chattanooga to get the door and he could get the door because he was not in Champion truck or something, I can't remember what excuse it was this time. To make things worse, we had smoke in our house and we couldn't open a window because of the way they were installed. You could not get the cranks to operate. All this was to be taken care of. We had crews not show up and reps that could not do what they said they would do. I am disgusted, angry and discouraged. I don't think I'll ever look at these windows and be happy we did business with Champion. We spent over $35,000 and all I got was a headache. The doors we ordered have yet to be delivered and installed."
