My sister and I interviewed numerous estate sale companies to handle the liquidation of our parents’ estate. Sal Sierra of Grey Baron’s Estate Sales quickly became a top candidate. Mr. Sierra responded promptly to our request for a consultation and arrived timely and very well prepared for our meeting. He and his associate spent quite a bit of time perusing the property in our parents’ home, patiently and compassionately walking us through how they would assist us in liquidating the personal property in the best way for the best price—as well as letting us know how they would take the burden off of us of having to dispose of items that may remain after the estate sale. Their approach and strategy was well thought out and comprehensive. Additionally, Mr. Sierra’s assurance and the options that they provided to ensure our parents’ home would be left clean and ready to list for sale was a definite plus. Mr. Sierra presented a detailed and easily understood proposal promptly after our initial meeting. He followed up frequently and answered all of our questions. In the end, we decided to go in a different direction and so did not retain Mr. Sierra’s services. Nevertheless, we wholeheartedly believe Grey Baron’s Estate Sales would’ve handled our parents’ estate sale in an excellent manner, making what is a very difficult task less stressful and as painless as possible.
