EYE CARE LAWN SERVICES

When we first moved into the house, after using the water for a while, I saw water on our porch. We assumed it was the irrigation system under the porch. They pulled all the plants away from the house to find a leak. We found out that the water was coming from the inside of the house. They tarred and sealed all of the front of our house. They replanted everything. Our lawn is in a flood plane so it's very difficult to keep grass alive but they have managed to do it. While we lived overseas for 2 years they continued to do top notch work and kept us informed about our renters damaging our driveway which the property agent failed to do. They've pressure washed, pine strawed, seeded and more. We never had to worry. Now that we're living in Florida our house in Atlanta is for sale. My realtor was recently showing the house and the basement had recently flooded in a corner. We thought maybe a sprinkler pipe for the irrigation had broke. We called Jani at the office, whom we have a very good relationship with, and she sent Stan Bingham out the next morning. It was pouring rain but he went out and figured out that the water was coming from the gutter which was clogged. He got onto the roof in the rain and cleaned out that entire corner of the gutter. He saw it had come apart in the corner which was causing the water to run down the side of the house and into a window in the basement. He repaired the gutter, cleaned it out, went home to get his personal wet/dry vac and came back to my house and moved all of the items that were in that section of the basement and dry vacced the floor. I don't know of any lawn service that would have done that. They put the rest of their schedule on hold to take care of our problem because they knew we couldn't. They are amazing! They are a family-owned business. They don't go the extra mile, they go the extra 10 miles.

They were the best with zoysia of anyone we've had, but we couldn't get them to respect our ongoing requests such as not blowing leaves and mulch into the pool, not closing gates when finished, etc. With them, it was truly the little irritants that they continually generated that "did them in" with us. They also wouldn't send someone on a regular basis who spoke English.

THE MEN SHOWED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND PERFORMED ALL WORK THAT WAS REQUESTED. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE COMPANY OWNER THAT EVENING TO MAKE SURE THAT THE WORK HAD BEEN DONE TO MY SATISFACTION.
