I would absolutely NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY again. First of all, the faucets (bath and sink) were put on backwards in spare bathroom. When plumbing was initially installed to the house they put a hole in our basement wall (normal) and did not seal it correctly so when rain hit we ended up with several inches of water and mud in our basement. My husband ended up cleaning the basement and patching the hole correctly. To make matters worse, after we moved in we noticed our large walk in shower leaking. We thought it may have been the tile but no it was the plumbers again. They had to cut nearly 5 feet out of our sheetrock to fix the issue and were going to send someone to fix the sheetrock. It has been over a month and they have never came back. Luckily I know someone who will fix this for me. There were several contractors for A/C, painting, flooring etc..)who worked on our house and I was pleased with all of them except this company. You would think we hired a discount plumber based on the work but that was not the case. I am trying to save someone else the same grief - BEWARE.

was very prompt. He came when he said he scheduled. It didn't take long to locate the leak and then went about and had it fixed in less than an hour. Even cleaned up after and replaced all the structure that they had to crawl through. Very friendly and I would definitely use his services again.

I would use them again.

I was pleased with everything. They came out on time and they took care of everything. So far, everything is working well. Sometimes we pay more than we should.

Small things that needed done. Had been living with a faucet that had a broken valve so off was acutally 1/2 turn on and a toilette that didn't fill quite enough so was always messy. Their man came out and quickly and efficiently fixed both problems. He did have to totally replace the faucet, but called me at work to verify the style I wanted before replacing. All was done and in good working order within an hour or so.

Took about an hour to clean out the entire line. Works fine now.

They have been out a couple of times. We remodeled our bathroom and moved our laundry room. They did the plumbing for both the shower and washer. They were very knowledgeable and very polite. They cleaned-up after themselves and they answered my questions. They were very good at explaining what they were going to do. I actually had them move some furniture while they were here and that was definately going above and beyond. They were so nice about everything. After seeing some things that they had done, I told them that I wanted some things done differently and they said no problem.
