+ -1 moreKenneth is by far the best agent I have ever worked with in buying or selling a house. I was in a difficult situation with selling my house remotely, and he took care of everything I could imagine. He was always responsive to me, went out of his way to get some buyer conditions resolved for me, and generally made the whole process simple and worry free. He was very honest with me about selling my house in the market, and knew how the buyers were going to respond the whole time. I had complete confidence in Kenneth and would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing realtor. I'm only sorry that I had to move out of the area, so I won't be able to use him in the future.
