+ -1 moreI called and asked Wynn Air, Inc. to give me a quote for the two HVAC systems which they did very quickly. Then, upon approval, they gave me an installation date, and they installed the systems on the date specified for the amount specified. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone and would use their services again.
Description of Work: Wynn Air, Inc. installed two HVAC systems at a commercial property that I own.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Most of the story is written above. We got cool air back twice in three months...the hottest months of the year. Would use them again in a heartbeat. VERY RESPONSIVE and very helpful. Great group of people in both the office and also doing the work in the field.
Description of Work: We have had this team of professionals service our heat pump and air conditioner twice this year. The first time it went out was July 2nd just before the July 4th holiday when a lot of company was coming to visit. The were very responsive and prompt. This is an old A/C unit that we are trying to keep alive until we remodel next year. Came over within two hours of calling, refilled the freon and repaired the leak. The second visit was in September 2012 when the A/C stopped blowing cool air. They checked the fan outside and found it had a blown capacitor. The part needed to be ordered but they assured us it should be in the next day. It was , and they come right over to replace it. They called me rather than me having to hound them. They are very responsive and give you plenty of time to ask questions and understand what is going on.

+ -1 moreThe 3 man crew was professional in every way and completed the removal and installation in 3 days. After obtaining quotations from 5 local HVAC contractors, we chose Wynn Air as the best and lowest cost provider. We checked their references with a local home building contractor and an electrical contractor and a customer. Wynn Air exceeded my expectations.
Description of Work: Replaced entire residential HVAC system, including air handler, heat pump, filtration equipment, supply ductwork and outlets using a very high efficient four ton,18 seer Trane unit. Applied new duct insullation to main supply outlets. Added 3 new return supplys. Moved unit from a downstairs closet to the attic. Added a programmable thermostat.
