He completed one part of the house and the other side of the house was not completed. I even took pictures. I was not satisfied. I employed him to do river rock for certain areas of the house and he did not lay it in the areas that I ask him to. I learned to not pay anybody before actually seeing the work that was completed.

They did a good job! They were very prompt in returning my phone call. They went and looked at the building when they said they would and gave me a quote. Their quote was within the range I thought it would run. They ordered the parts and did the repair in a timely manner. I would use them again if needed. I was happy with their professionalism and that they did the repair in a timely manner.

Beyond excellent! Very thorough and found some rotten wood that was repaired also. I would recommend The House Medic over anyone else for anything anytime.

Each project was done with care and precision. He set up his saw and measured/cut/painted the deck boards onsite. He brought in a tile specialist to help lay the slate tile (and matched the existing slate in an adjoining room). Clean-up was done at the end of each project.

They did great. They were very professional. I will highly recommend them.

Charlie was great- came out on a weekend to assess the job, then worked us into his very busy schedule so we wouldn't have open a hole in the roofline during really severe weather. The roofline job ended up requiring scaffolding, which in turn required chopping down a large bush; we also tacked on one more small job (a piece of siding at 30 feet that was coming off). He was patient, courteous, and professional throughout. We felt comfortable enough to leave him and his workers alone in the house. Will definitely be using him again- highly recommended.

I requested the provider to replace one of the tiles in my laundry room that had come up. He explained that there were other loose tiles, and that the tiles around that one needed to be replaced also. Once he got the other tiles pulled up, he found out the reason that the tiles had come up was because the utility sink in the laundry room was leaking and causing the floor to swell. He fixed the leak, the floor, and all the affected tiles. He knows what he's doing. I was very pleased with his service and pricing. I will certainly use his services again.

Charlie was very professional throughout the entire process. After I told him everything I needed repaired, he came to look at the house. He took pictures where needed (ie bathroom shower head) and a few days later, sent me a very professional, detailed, typed estimate. His name, company name, address and phone numbers were at the top of the estimate. The body of the estimate included everything in the house I wanted to have repaired. All costs were included: materials, labor and tax. If Charlie was unable to come on the agreed upon day, he phoned to tell me so, and either set up another appointment, or told me when he'd call me back to set up another appointment. Charlie was very polite and respectful. On occasion, he had to make a run to Lowe's to get more materials for the job. There was no extra charge for that service, and he returned to my house within a very reasonable amount of time to finish the job.

I am thrilled about the quality of work done. Charlie arrived at the time he said he would and he, and his team, worked tirelessly from the moment they walked in until the end of each day. Everything was completed in 4 days. When he started to build the pergola, Charlie realized the soffit was rotten and set out removing the gutters and replaced the wood. I had been worried about one piece of it but he showed us what the problem was and why the entire piece needed replacing it. I never felt this was anything but critically necessary and trusted his judgement. I am already thinking of items that need attention because I finally feel I have someone to do the work that I trust completely.

The provider did an excellent job in terms of quality and was quite reasonable in terms of price; he was out of town a week after he started the project and then had problems connecting with the renter that occupied my rental property to gain access to the house so it took longer than I anticipated.

Mr. Etheridge arrived at approximately 9:00 am and didn't leave until about 5:00pm. He was very professional and I am pleased with the quality of work he has done. He is also very quick to respond to e-mails.

Outstanding work and quality was excellent. Charlie responded quickly, came out and gave me an estimate and we agreed on the date of start. Charlie kept me informed during the entire repair and sent pictures of his work along the way. Upon completion, he sent me more pictures of the completed work. His estimate was very accurate the quality of work and professionalism was superb.
