Description of Work: Charlie helped us ready our house for sale, completing small projects prior to sale and then again after the walk-through had been completed. He was professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: Charlie was professional and added my project to his full calendar. He kept me well informed and the work was very professional!

Description of Work: Replaced wood fence, tore down shed, painted inside and outside of house, renovated bathroom, painted kitchen cabinets, plus other odds and ends. Was a pleasure working with Mr. Etheridge and his team.

Description of Work: First and foremost I must say this review is overdue, so I apologize to the contractor. You will not go wrong by hiring Mr. Etheridge and his team, they did an outstanding job on my front porch, he changed my old ugly columns(installed by the previous builder)which were done incorrectly with 10 inch fiberglass ones. He also made crown moldings over my front door and the windows. He did a very good job. My house looks like a totally different house when I pull up in my driveway, I love it. Others seems to think so too. He and his team also did some minor repairs inside my home. Charlie is very professional and understanding. He wasn't about just making money, he takes pride in his work. His prices were the best out of three estimates. I have already hired him to come back to do some more repairs and remodeling on my home. Looking forward to the completion of those. I'm so glad I decided to join Angie's list and founded this contractor, thanks to Mr. Etheridge and his team.

Description of Work: Called Home Medic to get a price for some handyman repairs on a property I was representing. . He responded quickly and emailed me his bid the next day. It turned out that the owner changed his mind and only wanted part of the services bid upon. Went back to Home Medic with the change in situation; since his bid was broken down into segments, he knew exactly what was wanted and how much that part of the bid was. He agreed to do only part of the work for part of the price. Everyone was happy.
