+ -1 moreWonderful! Our air conditioning unit was under water from Hurricane Irma. The A/C guys showed up the day after the water subsided and looked over the unit and realized it would need replacement. One day later we had the proposal with various options to choose from. We had the unit relaced and all work completed within 1 week of the hurricane! Great work, professional, friendly, courteous efficient and affordable.

Description of Work: Added freon. He suspects a leak but could not find it. Said someone would be back in touch with me to track down the leak, but as of now (one week later) I haven't heard from anyone. | |I called in the problem - unit not cooling - about 4 pm on a Friday. Didn't expect a service call to happen that day, but someone was at the house in less than an hour. | |Based on responsiveness and other Angie's List reviews (the reason I chose them), I will use again, but am disappointed in the lack of follow-up I was told would happen.

+ -1 moreTechnicians showed up exactly on time. Presented the most professional service on all levels in every way. Explained all questions thoroughly and showed me worn parts. Never rushed and checked all to ensure everything was perfect. Friendly, considerate and professional. Would have been impossible for any better service. Anyone in the surrounding area would crazy not to use them. HONESTY is a key factor with this company. They do not round off any time or charge any additional fees. All their work is GUARANTEED .
Description of Work: Owner of Company Inspected present system and determined that a new system was necessary. Took the time to speak with my brother that previously owned an AC business and answered all questions Both agreeing system needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: The job consisted of replacing the ac/heat pump. Everything was completed on schedule including cleanup. I felt their price was very fair for the equipment brand that I wanted. The two year labor warranty in addition to the ten year parts was a big factor. Most only offered one year labor.

+ -1 moreHe used his electrical meter, and in seconds said "yes, that's it". And I've used them ever since. The other company couldn't fix it in five trips - this company diagnosed the problem from my description. I haven't used anyone else since!
Description of Work: I have used these guys for years. I was using someone else. Several years ago I had a problem with a heat pump and I described the problem to them. They came out five times, replaced the capacitor, replaced the thermostat, and replaced the motor twice. They didn't fix the problem - five visits. I got fed up and called these guys (it was Soloman Air at the time). When he arrived, I described the problem to him. He said "it sounds like the defrost board".

+ -1 moreThe technician did excellent work and perhaps will keep the heat pump running for several more years. We were very pleased with the work. We have not received the bill yet.
Description of Work: Checked the outside coolant and found the pressure low. The technician then checked the inside unit for leaks and found 2 in the coils after adding sufficient coolant.

So, they let us know the next day the part was in and when they were coming to put it in. They were very timely in being there when they said they would be there.
