I have used Savino twice in the last several months and they are now my go-to plumbers. Professional and fair.

Savino repaired a leaking water pipe located within an interior wall, as well as the water heater located in the attic. 100% professional service, fairly priced, great communication ans very timely. I would absolutely use their services again.

We noticed around Christmas our sink was draining slowly. My husband, being quite the handyman, snaked out the drain and all seemed well. Not too long later the problem came back, and we decided to call in the professionals. Two young gentlemen came out, and ended up spending a couple hours flushing our pipes and removing a giant grease ball. It was a much larger problem than expected, but the guys were so great about it. They followed through with the quoted price and were so sweet to our dog while they were here.

As mentioned, the one bathroom went very smoothly, simple replace of fixtures. The other bathroom was much more complicated and took several visits to finish the job. Michael Savino was very professional, timely, and courteous. He stuck by his original labor quote even though it took much longer than he anticipated. I was very satisfied with his and his apprentice's workmanship as well as their politeness.

All went well. Mike knows his business, gave us a fair assessment of the need, provided advice and counsel (including suggesting that some of the work outlined in the inspection report might be overkill for the situation), and did a good job at a reasonable price. He and his team showed up on time, completed the work as scheduled, and were very good to work with.

Great!! There is no longer a bubbling/clogged sound coming from the sink or shower when you flush, or when washing clothes for that matter.

Job took a few more days due to weather. Originally quoted 3 days, took 4. This was fine. They prefer to be safe than sorry. Extra time was included in our original quote and with no hidden charges. Both upstanding hard workers! We would hire them again in a New York minute! Good honest team!

Mike looked at what I had done and after discussing the options with me it was decided the best course of action was to remove the manifolds that I had done. He advised it was better to go from the existing copper out of the slab and with much better quality pressure fittings to run the new manifolds in cpvc piping. He was very thorough in his work and his explanation of what he was doing and did this in a very friendly manner. He also positioned the control valve for me and explained the proper way to install the drain. I would most definitely call Savino plumbing in the future if the need arises and will let my friends and neighbors know if they need a plumber Mike Savino is the one to call.

He said the flange was broken but usable, there weren't any caps to keep it level and the toilet was never grouted in place. So he fixed all of that within an hour. I am not sure if I understood much about what was going on, but knew enough to stay in the game. He was really nice and professional about everything. I asked him to look at my water heater and upstairs bath as well. Got his opinion on them.

I called on Saturday to have my old toilet flange, which was broken, replaced. They told me they would be out that afternoon. Unfortunately, another job ran late and they had to reschedule. I took off work on Monday and they came by, within a half hour of the scheduled time. When he saw what I had already done, and that I had all the proper equipment, he informed me that I had already done all of the work. He gave me a new thick wax ring, and showed me what I had been doing wrong with the repair part. He then told me that he wouldn't feel right taking my money. I should also mention that he could not come Sunday morning due to Church obligations. I don't really care about his faith, but it is clear to me that Mr. Savino runs an honest, and reputable company. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike was fast to respond and came out to inspect and write up a quote. He was prompt on day of scheduled service and once complete he showed and explained what he had done.

I had a handyman install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Both were improperly installed. I called Michael that night and he came by the next morning. He called in advance to let me know he was en-route. The first thing Michael did was put on shoe covers so no mud/dirt would be brought in the house. He recognized the problem immediately and explained everything that needed to be done. The rubber gasket was placed above the sink instead of below the sink. Michael replaced the gasket and placed putty around the strainer. He noticed a paper gasket was missing for one of the strainers. He also replaced three new leaking turn angle valves and adjusted the pvc piping to ensure the proper drainage. I have future jobs planned and will definitely call Michael Savino Plumbing to take care of them. The price included necessary parts that had to be replaced.

Michael was a true professional who assessed the situation and made a couple of recommendations. We agreed on a course of action and he worked diligently on the problem until it was resolved. As an active duty member, he even gave me a military discount. Great service with quick response! I will call him again in the future with any plumbing issues and would highly recommend his service.

This was an emergency call. I walked out to my garage and water was spewing from my water heater. I called my regular plumber and he was not available. I called Savino and he told me that he would come as soon as he finished a job on Jekeyll Is. Mr. Savino decided to come and do my job first before going to the Island. I was very pleased with his work and I thought that the charge was very reasonable for a weekend. Would definitely use again and highly recommend him.

My tenant advised me the night before of a leak under the kitchen sink. I called Mike Savino the next morning. He was out to do the repairs in a matter of a few short hours. He was prompt, professional and great to work with via the telephone as I live in Jacksonville, Florida and the repairs needed were in Darien, Georgia. Highly recommend.

He shows up, puts on booties to not mess floors, cleans up after himself and is generally pleasant to be around. Hopefully will not need a plumber for awhile but will surely call him if I do. Highly recommended.
