Description of Work: One big job, hard to explain, but he was here for a very long time, had to go on to my roof, down through the drain, then into the yard and dig up the septic tank lines, great guy, great job!

Description of Work: Mr. Savino deserves a **10** for his outstanding service. I called several plumbers to find out a rough estimate on a kitchen sink install. He was the only one who gave me prices, explaining what could affect the price differences. | |In trying to save me the cost of a new faucet, Mr. Savino spent much time on the phone with Delta, finally convincing them to send replacement parts. He returned when the parts arrived, and spent another hour trying to rig the faucet to accept the new parts, which didn't quite fit because of a design change, causing the stem to be too short. |I finally decided to go ahead and buy a new faucet. Mr. Savino returned a third time to install it for me. |His bill? Well within his original quotes....no surprises! I highly recommend this company.....workmanship, fairness, and HONESTY are second to none!

Description of Work: Savino plumbing is simply the best. I was treated like I was his only customer. |It started when I heard water running when there was none. I figured correctly it was a broken pipe under my house. But my house is on a slab and that means the pipe runs under the concrete. I called the first person listed on Angie's list and did not get anyone (and they never returned the call)So I called Mr Savino. He answered directly and came over to give an estimate and verify the problem that evening working around my work schedule! He was very easy to talk to and prompt. We discussed the options and he came up with a price that was reasonable. Since the pipe was under the house he had to either jackhammer the floor to find the problem or re run the water. He discussed the cons of each and I decided it was best to run the water service. He talked me through everything they were going to do. His work involved him running water lines from the meter in the yard to the entire house. He re plumbed the entire house for less than $3000 and put in a new 50 gal hot water heater and ran two new water bibs on the outside of the house. It took him and his son about 3 days. After turning on the system he noticed rust in the system so he said it was from the meter to the street. But instead of saying that it was the cities problem and moving on he contacted the city and stayed with me all the way till the city marked the lines and put in a new main line to the plumbing. AMAZING! I just can't get over how much over the top Mr. Savino went. You will not find a better plumber!!
