+ 0 moreI was hiring Mr. Ron to set up my vent curb. Everything went well until when he made a damage on my neighbor shop. Basically what happened is the roof sealing material is dropped on a rug. That material is not washable so the rug is total loss. The owner next me of course she is not to happy about it. So I was asking Mr. Ron to pay the damage what he did. He refused that. I was offering him to pay half of the damage. He declined it. I was asking him insurance to cover it. He declined it. So I end up to pay his fee + the rug. Also when I tried to explain to him the problem he started cussing on me. I also requested from him to write down on the bill what kind of material he used. He was so ****** he slammed the door he said " You gonna regret this". I'm highly not recommending this person to to any job on your property!!

+ 0 moreRon was great! Very responsive to my needs and the finished product was high quality and customer fir my needs. He not only repaired the roof but he also brought in an electrician to install additional lighting to compensate for the skylight removal. It was beautiful at an affordable price.
Description of Work: I needed a skylight removed and the roof repaired in my kitchen.

Description of Work: They repaired a complicated angle that was never properly finished by the builder. The damage is repaired and the roof is finished properly so it can't happen again.

+ 0 moreAsked for an estimate 7/06. Ron stopped by 7/9 with an estimate. Started work on the eleventh and finished on the 13th. Unforeseen rotted plywood caused him to exceed the estimate by 50%, but I understand the overage (if you can't see it, you can't really know it's there)... I very much recommend Mr. Strayhorn
Description of Work: Removed old roofing materials, replaced rotted plywood underlay, lay commercial grade underlay, and thermo-tex roofing.
