+ -1 moreHe was on time & ready to work. My computer had been slow and not working well. I called Coastal Computer Consulting @ 10:00am & someone was at my house by 11:00. He explained how the viruses attacked my machine & what to do in the future so I wouldn't have this issue again. He was very polite & professional during his visit.
Description of Work: He cleaned up my computer by deleting the viruses & adding malware to prevent future issues.

Description of Work: Cleaned up two of my computers and installed Maulware on both.

Description of Work: Didn't do anything to computer. Said it had a bad hard drive and would cost $250 - $300 to install a new one. Also, just to retrieve info on "corrupt" hard drive would cost $150. The good thing was, we didn't get charged for "diagnostics".
