They put in A new liner for us. The liner was cut too short and was leaking. They refused to replace the liner, and blamed it on the stairs. We had two other companies come out and look at it, and they determined that the liner was cut too short. Not only did Grant refuse to replace the liner, he blocked our phone and our text messages! So, no pool for us last summer, it just sat there!
Description of Work: Needed them to correct what they had done incorrectly. I wanted them to stand behind their work and they don't!

One of the most awful experiences with anybody ever. Couldn’t believe how he behaved. Nor did he back up his work. We ended up having to pay another $5500 for his mistakes.
Description of Work: Supposed to repair liner they had just installed. They wouldn’t repair it, or give a warranty on their work. Grant is very shady.
