+ -1 moreI am not a huge fan of their customer service skills. I had flying ants coming out from under my shower and they said they would not treat the problem because they only focus on termites. I thought they might be termites because they were flying. I had to get another company out here to fix the problem and pay to fix the shower damage they had caused. I am still using them because there prices are great for termite service.
Description of Work: They installed a Sentricon system for termite control in my home.

+ -1 moreI really like the job that Arrow Exterminators Incorporated does. They make sure they get every nook and cranny of the home. They do their job with a smile on their face. I definitely will continue to use this company.
Description of Work: I signed a quarterly contract with Arrow Exterminators Incorporated. They came out and sprayed my four bedroom, three bathroom home for all types of pest. They also sprayed the outside of my home . They perform an annual inspection of my home for termites.
