+ -1 moreIt went well. The old glass was harder to remove than expected but he took care to prevent glass from entering living space as much as possible. New window looks good. I asked for a discount since he was not the low bidder and he complied with a 5% discount which helped to seal the deal. He cleaned up and left area looking good.

Description of Work: I actually used the location at Brunswick, Georgia. |They quoted me a price on the phone to cut a glass table top. They helped me decide the type, safety or regular plate glass, described the difference in types and prices and that they could cut plate glass on site in a few hours. The next day I called with the size, they took the order over the phone and did not even request a credit card for payment. They called me when it was ready within a few hours. I picked it up and it was a prefect fit to my table. Great job, great service. Exactly the type of experience you want to have when you need to get something done.

+ -1 moreI brought in a small broken mirror along with my own replacement glass. I required a small specific cut that I was unable to do myself. Lee and Cates were wonderful and took my piece straight to the back and had it cut in under 15 minutes. They did this all at no cost to me, but I insisted that the specialist at least take a tip for the inconvenience. That is great customer service! I would go back for any and all work, not because they didn't charge me but because they took the time to do this small favor, you don't find that in businesses anymore.

+ -1 moreNew shower door looks great and works perfectly. The installation job was done to a high standard, taking into account some flaws in how the original door had been installed. Results were everything I had envisioned.
Description of Work: Old frosted glass door on walk-in shower needed to be replaced, and I wanted to reverse the hinge from right to left to create better access. Lee & Cates came to measure and then helped me select a door that would improve the appearance and function for the shower. The door arrived on schedule, they called to schedule the installation, arrived on time, removed and disposed of the old shower door, and installed the new one.
