HORRIBLY!!! I pd the upfront fee. Left my contact information (Home and cell numbers, email and physical addresses) and he never called me when the jobs were done. Instead, he sold my items to his refurbish guy and had the audacity to say he did not have time to call or write. He only tried an invalid number he entered into his system. Then he did not want to accept responsibility. I had to take him to court. I won as the judge saw I suffered a loss. He still has not paid the settlement. There are several people that have had similar complaints on Google reviews but he has had his family enter 5 star ratings to try and bring his rating up. He has the habit of placing blame on people he highers instead of accepting responsibility. He will not return calls or messages. You have to catch him in the office. He would not even answer the court and did not show to small claims. He simply ignores you. I am out of 5 electronic units and have not been compensated for the damages either. (I wanted to update "my last contact" as I am using the last time he was served for court. I don't know when the services were completed as he never called to inform me he was done. I called him several times. When I finally got him on the line it was to find out he sold my units. It had only been a little less than two months since dropping them off.)
