 + -1 moret.They were quick - we had moved all our furniture to our deck so I don't know how they handle that component. They walked us through what they wanted to do and we shared some previous problems with "bleed through" and he suggested alternatives that would avoid those problems - and he was right with his approach.
Description of Work: They quickly responded to our need to have our great room and hall carpets cleaned. They prepped, cleaned and dried our captet so we could get back on it quickly. They called back to make sure everything went to our satisfaction.

 + -1 moreWe had some kids from church over on Thursday and they tracked in red mud onto the carpet in the living room, The next week we were going on Vacation for two weeks and not at all comfortable leaving mud on the carpet that long, Called Kieth on Friday evening and made an appointment for Monday morning at 9:00 AM at 8:55 he was pulling up in the yard, at 10:30 he was done.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in the Living Room and Hall.
