YFT was recommended to us by our next-door neighbors and has been an excellent service provider for our family for around three years. Jacinta has provided professional management and oversight from the very beginning, starting with an assessment of our 3-story townhouse, and continuing with occasional spot-checks and phone-call and email check-ins to see that we are satisfied. We started with a whole-house deep cleaning, which was all that it was promised to be-- our home had never been that clean all over at one time before. We have continued since that point with a cleaning every other week. Irene has been our trusted cleaning professional from the beginning, and she has been consistent and thorough. We never have to worry about anything. For the limited occasions when Irene was unable to come, Jacinta arranged in advance with us for a substitute, whom she personally supervised. We are very grateful for the consistent, quality service we receive from YFT. We certainly get what we are paying for.

We have been using Your Free Time for our cleaning services for over 5 years now. We have been very pleased with the services and the crew consistently does a very good job. I appreciate the little things they do such as bring the trash cans up from the curb if they are there on the day of cleaning or bring in packages left at the front door. If there are any problems with the cleaning, Jacinta is always very prompt in addressing them with the crew and it is never a problem again. Jacinta is also very flexible about cleaning schedule and if we want to swap rooms since we don’t get the whole house cleaned each time.

Jacinta and her crews have taken care of me for longer than I can remember. I trust them completely and have recommended Your Free Time more times than I can count. Great company, great people -- you won't find better.

They arrived 30 minutes early, which worked out well since I had somewhere I had to be and did a good job cleaning the house.

I had to be gone so a friend of mine was there when the cleaning was preformed. There was one person but according to my friend and my realtor, the place looked fantastic when she was done. I had the basic cleaning and included baseboards. I had called a couple of other places and their fees were crazy for an 1100 square foot townhouse. I thought the price was very reasonable and the results were great!

After I first contacted Jacinta, the owner, through Angie's List, she came to my home to provide a quote. She was prompt and professional. We toured the house and she asked questions about which rooms and items to clean, what products I preferred, etc. She called later that day with a quote that I accepted immediately. I have since had two cleanings and have been very impressed. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. The floors (all hard surface) were all vacuumed and mopped without streaks. The baseboards and plantation shutters (found on almost all our windows) are dust free. I haven't found anything to ask them to do over or better next time. Two different two person teams have performed the cleanings. It would have been the same team both times, but I had to change the day and time after the first cleaning because of a change in my schedule. Jacinta came with each team for their first cleaning and walked through the house with them, conveying my preferences. Both have been excellent. They work hard and professionally. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning this week!

Quicker follow-up would have been appreciated, and a better assessment of the work performed would have been nice.

Excellent. We have had four visits so far and today a manager stopped by to complete a surprise walk through while the cleaner was here. Im impressed with their level of service. The cleaning is excellent and we feel we get a good value for our $100.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the services provided. The owner took my appointment on a very, very short notice. She also worked with a last minute change to my schedule. The services exceeded my expectations. The crew arrived on time and was very detailed oriented and courteous. The owner followed up to verify that all my requests were to my satisfaction prior to the crew leaving. I felt her objective was to make sure that I was 100% happy with the services provided. And I am. I have zero complaints and will use them again in the future.

I called Jacinta with Free Time on Saturday Morning, the 12th. I spoke with her about cleaning my home and we scheduled a walk through for today at 2:15, March 14. I specifically asked her on Saturday if she'd like me to text her my address or give it to her over the phone then and she preferred me to text it. I also clarified that the number I called was her cell - which she said yes. We hung up and I texted her my address. Coming into today it was now 2:35 and she hadn't arrived. I called her cell which was the number I had texted and she informed me that she didn't have my address and that she'd called my home phone. I specifically leave my cell number in my answering message for anyone to reach me. she states she didn't want to call my cell because it would be rude. My opinion, if you have an apportionment with someone and that client is expecting you to be at there house, you do whatever you can to reach them to rectify it. I was Extremely dissatisfied on how she handled it.

Professional, prompt, courteous, thorough, lots of attention to detail. Went out of their way to make sure all I wanted done was completed to my satisfaction. Invited me to check to see if there was anything that needed correcting or done differently according to my preference. The cleaning team consisted of two young ladies who worked very hard without wasting any time. Once they completed, they asked if there was anything else I needed done. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Amazing service! Everyone that I have worked with and has cleaned my home treats it as if they were caring for their home. Super professional, my home is cleaner than I have ever seen it! (Even cleaner than when we moved in) Worth every penny!

The owner of Your Free Time Cleaning Services, Jacinta Fontes, contacted me by email the day of the purchase, and by phone the day after. I had an urgent family need for the housecleaning and Jacinta agreed to a short notice date of service of 11/17 at 8:30 AM. Matthew and Jacinta arrived at 08:30 and discovered Josie was running a little late because her GPS was not locating my property correctly. (This has happened on rare occasions over the years with 2 or 3 varying service providers.) Jacinta talked Josie through the last couple of miles and the team was ready by 8:45. (Jacinta delayed the start of billing accordingly.) Jacinta walked through the house with me and we discussed priorities as the house has too much square footage to accomplish a complete cleaning by two cleaners in three hours. Jacinta then left and Matthew and Josie immediately went to work. Josie and Matthew worked very hard, and were very thorough in their cleaning. Jacinta returned at the end of the three hours to assess progress. Jacinta kindly had Matthew and Josie finish the priorities we had discussed, and we scheduled additional services to be performed in the near future. Matthew and Josie worked very hard without taking a break and I am completely satisfied with their work. Jacinta maintained contact with me and followed up on the work performed by her team. I thank Jacinta for her customer service oriented approach to doing business, greatly appreciated. I recommend Your Free Time Cleaning Services without hesitation and I will be using them to help maintain my home in the future.

We have been using Your Free Time for a number of years and highly recommend them. The owner Jacinta is very concerned about your satisfaction. She does regular 'spot check' inspections to make sure the work is up to her high standards plus she calls regularly to ask if we are happy with the service, and we always are. Although we've had several different people assigned to us over the many years, all but one have been excellent. When we mentioned to Jacinta that the person was not doing the usual good job, she sent a whole team of cleaning ladies to our house to get everything ship shape right away, and she reassigned us to another person who turned out to be fantastic. Every company can encounter a problem once in awhile, but a good one jumps in to fix the problem fixed and take care of the customer; in this case they took very good care of us the one time we've ever been less than perfectly satisfied. For the past couple of years Jeannie is the person who has been assigned to us and she does amazing work. It is such a pleasure coming home on the days she has been here. Everything is sparkling clean and my house smells terrific. If she ever notices something she wants to be sure we know about (like when she noticed a darn stain starting to appear on our hardwood floors along the baseboard--a sign of a water problem we didn't know about), she leaves a note plus calls us later to make sure we saw the note. Oh, and she always takes a extra minute or two to make little toilet paper roses on the toilet paper rolls. :-) Those little things make a big difference. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from this company.

Jeanie showed up to my house on time and did an unbelievable job of cleaning our home. My husband and I were amazed at all the places she cleaned. Our house is spotless. I will definitely be using Your Free Time again and I will be requesting Jeanie. Not only is she an incredibly hard worker, she is also a very kind and sweet woman. I enjoyed having her in my home. I honestly don't see a speck of dust or dirt in our entire house. This was definitely worth the money and I highly recommend using them. I'm certainly glad I did.
