Description of Work: Brent arrived right on time and got right to work. I just purchased my home and wanted to re-key the locks. Number one because each door had a different key and secondly because several contractors and realtors had been in possession of a key. I bought the Angie's List Deal-$169 to re-key 4 doors and also wanted to re-enforce a lower level door. Brent suggested a great option and it only cost $90. Great job! Great response from office (Ciara) to schedule promptly. I will definitely use UnlockIt again!

Description of Work: We were locked out of the house and needed to get in for a mild emergency. The power to the house had gone out so the garage door was not working. Since that is our main access, we never, never carry keys to get in - and that was the problem. We called Unlockit and they had the absolute best customer service and was going to dispatch someone immediately. Timing is everything and after many hours with no power and estimate of 4 more without power, the power came on. It came on, the garage door opened and we didn't need Unlockit after all. I called them, explained what had happened and offered to pay them for dispatching someone since they were on their way - they refused to let me pay them. They just asked that I remember them the next time someone needed a locksmith. I'd definitely recommend any company that has great customer service like that.

This is not something that we normally work on, which is why we asked for photos. We showed the photo that you sent to one of our technicians and did some research. After finding what we thought was an appropriate solution, we left you two voicemails trying to schedule an appointment with you – one on your out-of-state phone number and the other on your local phone number – a few days after your initial contact. We never received a return call from you. We are very disappointed that you did not have a great experience with our company, even if you didn’t use us…it’s definitely something we strive for with each and every job. Description of Work: The technician arrive on time and was quick and efficient. He replaced a lock and adjusted a door that was difficult to lock. He was polite and cleaned up after he was through. I would recommend this provider to anyone who need a Locksmith. My father-in-law was a locksmith and I spent numerous hours observing his work, and these guys were every bit as good.
