We called Unlock-It the day we were closing on our new home, as we were in need of all locks to be changed on the home immediately. Gill, from Unlock-It, meet us at the house exactly on time. The project of changing the locks on 15 doors became much larger when discovering no original key could be provided (long story short). Gill was at the house for several hours into the night with no electricity or heat on in the home.

Per the recommendations I saw on Angie's List, I called Unlock It on Sunday morning, December 14th, looking to get a free estimate for the cost of repairing the front door lock on my town home. After letting the phone ring over a dozen times and not getting an answering machine, I hung up-with the intention of calling back the next day. So, I was quite surprised when the owner, Eddie Wahba, called me back a couple of hours later. I'm still not sure how he had my phone number, but he was very nice, gave me a very reasonable estimate over the phone, and happily agreed to include a 10% Angie's List member discount if I decided to have his company do the repair. So, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for 11:00 a.m. the next day, Monday, December 15th. At 10:15 a.m. the next day, I received a call from one of Eddie's 3 technicians confirming our appointment, and since this gentleman was nearby and available immediately, I had him come over early. Levi Martins arrived a short time later, and within 20 minutes, my lock was repaired and I was given a new duplicate key. Levi couldn't have been any nicer or more professional, and he even gave me a free gift as a first-time customer-a large and very attractive, bronze-colored key ring! This was definitely the best experience I've ever had with a locksmith and now, I'll never call anyone else!

Unlock It is another great company that I found on Angie's List! Whomever answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment (I think it was Camila) was very courteous & professional & was able to send a technician to our place within an hour. The technician, Levi, showed up exactly on time & did an excellent job re-keying all the locks. Took Levi about 2 hours to complete the job. He also gave us great tips on how to improve security at the house. I will use this company again in a heartbeat.

They arrived on time, installed very good locks and made extra keys for me. The good thing is that the keys cannot be copied, except by them. They are very gracious if I call with requests and even came out recently when I called because the locks were getting difficult to insert the key. They sprayed the lock and the key slide easily after that... no charge.

Set up appointment over the phone for the next day. Levi came on time and was very professional. He took a look at a couple locks that were giving me a hard time (one was hard to turn, the other kept sticking) and fixed them both. Then he replaced a broken lock, explaining what he was doing. He finished in an hour and the price was less than expected.

I called Unlock It after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. They were very professional, polite and scheduled someone to come out the next day when it was convenient for me. They honored the Angie's List coupon with hesitation. The technician called to confirm before he came and showed up on time. He spent a couple of hours at our house re-keying 8 locks. He also re-drilled some locks with 3 inch screws for added security. He also taught us how to reprogram our garage doors for added security. He was in no hurry, and was very patient while we tried to decide how we wanted the locks re-keyed. Overall I think it was a good value based on the time he spent, and the additional security advice he gave. I recommend Unlock It without hesitation. Nice work!

It was a great experience from start to finish. They were very responsive when I made the appointment. The technician called before he arrived, he was right on time, and the work quality was fantastic. They even pointed out a deficiency with my lock (it was missing a protective guard) and installed one at no extra charge. The technician was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even called me afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again!

Great company and service! I hired Unlockit to rekey all the locks to my new house and to provide a new deadbolt. Not only they did a great job with the installation and the rekeying of my locks, but he was also able to make the existing locks work better. The service was professional and efficient. The billing for the service was explained in detail and Gil made sure that I tried all the locks before he left, in order to ensure that I was satisfied with the entire installation. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Outstanding. Hadi showed up early, called en route and gave an immediate estimate. I had him do the work immediately and he had everything done in about 90 minutes. Great guy, great service, great job! In addition to all the lock work he had great tips on home security, windows and garage doors. I thought pricing was excellent, PLUS I got the Angie's coupon. I selected Unlock it based on others' reviews and they were right. There may be someone as good, but I have never had better service at a better price.

They came to the rescue and proceed to provide a service I might have done myself but was very glad to pay a professional to do.

It was Saturday at 8:00 AM. As I returned to my front door, which I had not locked behind me (I use only the upper, keyed dead bolt lock), I found that the thumb lever on the handle was jammed. Locked out of my own home - in my short pajamas! - by a mal-functioning lock!!! Jiggling it didn't work, pounding on the thumb lever didn't work either. I reluctantly woke my next-door neighbors and used their computer to go on Angie's List. The first vendor I chose had no technician to send me at that hour. The next vendor, Unlock-It Locksmiths, said they could be there in about 40 minutes. 41 minutes later, Eddie of Unlock-It arrived and apologized for being late!! He was pleasant, informative, and most important, effective at opening the lock and replacing it with a new lock (which I happened to have on hand!). He went out of his way to replace all the strike plates (even using a double plate on the dead bolt) and used 3 inch screws everywhere for extra security. He even re-keyed my back door lock to the same key ---- for free! Then he cleaned up after his work and wished me a good morning. Total cost to get into my home and to replace the door handle and lock - 109.50 (he even gave me his Angie's List discount!). I recommend Unlock-It Locksmiths with absolutely no reservations - a great vendor experience!!

I mentioned the discount coupon (10% plus 4 free keys) while setting up the appointment. The office manager was pleasant and competent. The locksmith called whilst on his way. He was most pleasant and professional. The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner. The price was excellent.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out on the same day. The tech was prompt, friendly, and very professional. I would definitely use them again, did good quality work.

WORK WAS DONE AS REQUESTED. LOCKSMITH WAS SPREAD OVER A WIDE WORK AREA WHICH INTERFERED SOMEWHAT WITH OUR MOVERS, BUT WE MANAGED.
