I made the appointment over the phone. The woman who answered was professional and helpful. She was concerned that I had broken locks and her first question was if she needed to send someone out immediately for safety. I made an appointment for the next afternoon, and Eddie called to say he was going to be a little early, asking if that was Okay with us. He had choices of doorknobs so that they would match what we had, and went through it with me. My son watched everything he did and asked a million questions, and Eddie patiently explained each step. He discovered damage to one of our deadbolts while he was rekeying it. He repaired it with a better quality and much sturdier part at no further cost over his original estimate. He was neat with the work, very personable, and did a fantastic job. He made as many new keys as I requested, tested them before he left, and was still done with the job a few minutes before the original appointment time. The job also cost less than I expected. This is probably the best experience I have had with any type of home repair. If there were an A+ rating, they would deserve it.

I would highly recommend this company who we first contacted when we lost a key and needed to quickly change the locks on the house. I called and they came out within a couple of hours, they were very efficient they had to rekey approx 8 locks, they only charged $200 which was also out of hours. Following on from that we contacted Adie again regarding our new construction and he gave advice on security locks and deterinents for our new house which was under construction at the time. When we were ready I called and set up an appointment and Adie came out and reviewed everything we needed to secure our new home. They advised me on how to re-enforce our Baldwin locking systems and how to secure our home. He was very pleasant, efficient, knowledgable and efficient. I was provided with a written estimate within a couple of days and once I accepted the estimate they ordered everything they needed. The company called me and told me when they expected to receive the parts and once they did they set up an appointment for installation. I cannot over recommend these people, I didn't bother looking for a comparable estimate as their attitudes to customer service was excellent and I would definately use them again. They also made a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thomas was a wonderful technician and worked non stop from the time he got there (which was exactly when he said he would) to when the final key was made. I had multiple people there working on the house since I was the first resident since it was built, but that wasn't an issue for Thomas. He quickly understood what I needed him to do and went straight to work accomplishing it. He explained everything he was doing and did a fantastic job both making the work look clean and professional as well as matching up kick plate colors to the door frame and also cleaning up as went along (he even brought his own vacuum). The company didn't have the double keyed locks on the truck to match my existing lock finish... so instead of charging me extra for the return trip, Thomas just agreed to include it in the original trip charge. HE DIDN'T EVEN REQUEST PAYMENT UNTIL HIS RETURN TRIP TO FINISH THE JOB!!!! It's experiences like this one that let me know that there are still companies that care about service. Please give these guys your business... and they will absolutely do you right. Keep up the good work guys!!!

He completed the job in less than 30 minutes and gave me additional information and tips about maintaining good working conditions on the locks.

Great company. Quoted $69 while other companies were quoting $185 plus parts. They called twice to update status on arrival. Charge $75 and performed services as requested. Very professional.

He even numbered the keys 1 through 8 for me without any extra charge. I was very impressed with this. Chatting while he made the keys I could tell that he loves what he does.

Everything went very smoothly and I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. Hadi helped me keep my costs down by recommending they simply put in the longer screws instead of installing brand new dead bolts, and as a bonus, he also inserted pins in my seven ground level windows, free of charge. I was impressed with his honesty and generosity, and will definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors.

The lock on my existing sliding patio door broke. In trying to get the lock out of the door so I might look for a replacement part myself, it fell into the door. Rather than replace the entire door, I looked for a professional who could replace the lock. I found Unlock It in Angie?s List. They came out to my house, confirmed that the patio door was of good quality and the lock should be fixed, rather than replace the door. Hadi with Unlock It retrieved the broken lock that feel inside my door and searched for a replacement part. After finding one that he thought would work, he came back to the house. After finding it would not fit, he searched again. He was successful and found a new, improved lock for the door. I greatly appreciated his time and effort ? as I doubt many other locksmiths would have bothered with this job. After the visits and the time he invested, he charged an extremely fair price. In addition, he walked around my house and checked or general security concerns and offered me general tips. After completing the job, I received a call from Unlock It to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. It absolutely was. I can?t say enough positive things about this company.

Technicians were very helpful to direct us towards what would provide us with the most security within the home. They re-keyed the house, installed strike master strips to all doors and added pins to each window. Three technicians performed the work in a timely and professional manner. We have a large home, so the price is simply a reflection of the number of doors they were working with. Their prices were extremely reasonable.

We changed all the locks on the doors in our house. In addition, one of the doors did not close properly, and the locksmith, Levi, repaired this as well and explained clearly what the problem was. He was courteous and very professional and always explained if there were going to be additional costs. The whole experience was delightful, and Levi could not have been nicer. They came exactly on time and we are very pleased with the results.

Called at 4:45 pm to set up an appointment for the next day. A technician was available and came the same day, arriving around 5:30pm. He estimated the job would take one hour to one hour 15 minutes. He finished in 45 minutes and only charged for the 3/4 hour of labor.
