Dear Member, We thank you for the opportunity to give you a quote. We take customer satisfaction very seriously here and we are always looking for ways to improve. This attitude has been instrumental in our continued success. And it shows in the number of "A" reviews we've received over the years on AngiesList.com. In fact, as you can see from our listing, we had never received a rating below "A" in all the years since we've been listed on Angie's List. This is not by mistake and it takes great effort to achieve, especially with the volume of reviews we've received. And although many service providers would be thrilled to receive an overall "B" rating, we don't feel like it correctly represents who we are. This is the biggest reason we were disappointed to see the report you posted. We have very high standards and strive to exceed your expectations in each and every job we perform. Angie's List provides such a valuable service to its members enabling them to make informed decisions when selecting service providers based on information provided by other members. And we are afraid that future potential customers will read the report you posted and misunderstand it. We provided what we consider prompt service by responding to your initial email less than two hours after you sent it. After some back and forth correspondence via email we determined a time that would work for you and set up an appointment to meet with you. We came out to your property, assessed your needs and provided you with a written quote you could present to your board at your request--all within 48 hours of initial contact. Yet, we received a "C" for Responsiveness. In terms of the price, we gave you two different quotes for two separate jobs. The combined price of both was less than $550, yet the review says that the approximate cost of the job we quoted was $700. The report you posted for the company that actually did the work shows their approximate price as $700 also, but you gave this company an "A" for price. Our quotes reflect the highest quality workmanship and materials and if you do an apples-to-apples comparison with any reputable locksmith in town, we think you'll find our prices consistently lower. We are not upset that we did not do the job, we would just love to know how we could have improved our service to earn an "A" rating. There are very few service providers in any industry that treat their customers as well as we do. If there is something we need to do differently, we'd honestly love to know.
