Perfect. Lots of email communication to schedule and it worked out perfectly.

All of my external door locks were re-keyed. Brandon the technician, arrived on time, was friendly, and completed the task in less than an hour. The allotted time that I wanted the service done, was available and he arrived exactly on time.

Everything was done as promised, efficiently and professionally.

I had a locksmith come out. I was having trouble with one of the garage door locks. I had a lock in the garage that wouldn't open from the outside.It opened from the inside from the doorknob lock, you push the knob in and turn it and that makes it lock. It would work from the inside, but the key would not unlock it from the outside it was really rather inconvenient and I thought to be a two or three different keys, so it wasn't the key, but it would not lock from the outside. I called someone finally to come out to fix it because it was just too annoying to leave alone. The young man came out right on time and he was gone in 15 minutes maybe. He had fixed it and was gone. He was fast! He said really it was very simple. It was dust build up in the lock that he thought was clogging it up. So, he cleaned it out real good, I don't know what they do with those things and then put it back together and it works like a charm. He was just a kid I was expecting someone to be an older guy and he looked like he was barely in college! I had to find their name in the checkbook in case I ever need them again.

It could not have gone better. They showed up within the time they promised, less than one hour. They were professional and very polite. I used them 2 years ago based on reviews on Angies List. There was no question about who I would use this time. When a company does a great job, with integrity, I remember them. 2 years ago when I called a few companies before choosing Unlockit, the prices were ridiculous and the time till they could come out were way longer. I have an obligation to let people know when I find a great company. It is stressful enough when you need a locksmith. I never have to look around again and for that I am very grateful.

The quality of work was excellent, quality of product - excellent, and they were very patient in explaining how everything worked. They came out again because one lockset core spun in place (a week later) - no charge and they filed the strike plate so it would operate smoother (no charge).

The technician disassembled the lock and thoroughly cleaned all of the parts. When he reassembled the mechanism it worked perfectly.

I called at Unlockit around 9am on a Saturday morning. They made time on their already full schedule to re-key all 10 of my locks/dead bolts that same day.. They gave me a window of time to expect a service provider and kept me apprised of his expected time of arrival. The locksmith was very professional and courteous. (Thank you Gil.) He provided an estimate as to how long it would take to complete the job which was accurate. At the time I scheduled the appointment, Unlockit gave me a cost estimate which was exactly what I paid after the service was complete. I highly recommend Unlockit.
