Description of Work: Installed front door reinforcement plate. Took his time to hand chisle and custom fit the reinforcement plate. Improved security and looks nice.

Description of Work: I needed the services of a locksmith for a recent break-in. Angie’s List included a locksmith who repaired doors due to break-ins. The company was Unlock It; this company more than performed their duties, but also asked if they could arrive an hour earlier - how often has one had to wait forever for service from companies? Thank you again Angie's List and also Unlock It a job WELL DONE!!!

Description of Work: I had misplaced my jewelry box key and needed to have it unlocked. I called, and agreed to take the box to their office. Hadi greeted me with a smile, and had the box unlocked within 10 minutes! I was so thankful, and he charged me next to nothing. This small act will put them at the top of my list for a security company.

Description of Work: Doorknob on the door to my garage had jammed, could not get door open, doorknob or door hinges off. Called Unlockit and scheduled an appointment for repair at my convenience. We had other access to the house and garage, so was not an emergency. Company came out at exactly time and day promised, fixed the lock, repaired hinges, and even gave me a locksmithing lesson! Hadi was delightful, very professional and skilled.

Description of Work: Service: Re-keyed locks after a theft at a rental property. Contacted Unlock-it on a Saturday afternoon. Lynn answered the phone on the second ring and was prompt at getting a security specialist out to my rental. Hadi re-keyed 11 cylinders, lubricated the locks, cleaned-up and made several keys in about an hour. Wonderful service!!
