The company sent 4 maids, one being the leader, along with the crew of 3. They operate similar to other maid services. I especially hired them for the backpack vaccum cleaner, which helped to do a tremendous amount of cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the baseboards and bathrooms. They were a bit rough on my mini blinds, as the edges were a bit bent afterwards. In the future, I probably wouldn't have my blinds cleaned again. They were very courteous and nice. They based the cleaning needs on the square footage of the house, which is probably not the best way to evaluate the needs of the house. In the end, they needed to stay an extra hour, which drove the price up beyond what I was intitally quoted. They cleaned for 4 and a half hours with no breaks. When I called about the price, they did give me a $50 discount for the price being much higher than was quoted, as a customer satisafction discount.

Overall very pleased with their work - would recommend to anyone.

The Maids is a franchise. Four people come to the house at once to do the cleaning. They are very fast and good. I think they are very good. I like the team I was assigned. They are all from El Salvador and they work hard. There is a leader who speaks english. Each girl is responsible for an area pf the house. You know exactly who cleaned each part. They are out of here in 2 hours tops. They did a pretty good job. I do a check before they leave and make sure everything is done right. I really like the girls who do the cleaning. The owner is a little hard to work with sometimes. She has changed my schedule around a bit which I understand but I would like to be able to pick the day I want my house cleaned. They are not the least expensive but they are also not the most. If the owner has to substitute my team for another they always do the same things. The girls are punctual since I have yelled at the owner a few times. They are very professional.

I liked them. Occasionally, they may not have done something to my satisfaction, but if I would call them, they would come back and take care of whatever it was for no charge. I really liked them. I would recommend them to anyone.
