The Lawn Ranger

They were excellent, and they took care of everything. They have an excellent customer service. They were easy to deal with in any problems, any questions or whatsoever. They worked above and beyond. They even took care of our neighbor's yard. Their job was fantastic. They do not bother you for bills if you are late. They just give you a note, and it is no big deal. They worked with us really, really well. I use their service every month. They can do all lawn and yard work from irrigation to anything that you want.

Signed an annual contract with Lawn Ranger early last year. Great sales pitch, under-delivery on services. This is the first time I contracted with a yard service and my lawn has never looked worse. The weeds are out of control and the lawn "care" consisted of cutting it and blowing the driveway. No seeding, aerating, weed control as promised.

I have had some problems with The Lawn Ranger. About a year ago they damaged some plumbing in our yard and they have yet to repair it. When they come out to do the service they always do it quickly. For example they blow off my yard and they always leave trash in it and they beat up my annuals. I have called the owner and when he has come out he has told me that he will make sure that it gets fixed and it never has. I think that their prices are about average, but they offer two different lawn care options. Even though the pricing is okay, I think that it is irrelevant since I am not getting what I am paying for. I pay them on a monthly basis. It is hard to get them to return my phone calls. I would not recommend The Lawn Ranger.
