They were fine. They were a good company. We had one problem as one of the gutters pulled loose. They came right away and fixed it. I had absolutely no complaints with them. They do good work and stand behind what they do.

I have used this company before and was pleased with the experience. I also told them I had found them for this job on Angie's List. Unfortunately, I was not as pleased with this company in this instance. I called to get an estimate on some gutter work. They arranged for a person to come out and give me an estimate. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The product he was selling was of high quality, and correspondingly high expense. The problem began a couple of days later when a person called from the company's headquarters office to inquire about our purchase of the gutters. I told them that I thought the product was excellent and the service I had received so far was also excellent. However, I was not going to purchase their product due to the expense. The company's representative then told me that they could have a "manager" come to my house to give me a lower estimate by, at least in part, reducing or eliminating the commission of the salesperson who had given me the original estimate. I do not believe that is acceptable professional practice. If, as their telephone representative stated, the person who was initially sent to my house to give me an estimate could not give me the best price the first time, then why did they send that person to my house to begin with? Additionally, I have a problem with receiving the services of the first estimator and then helping the company deny that person is commission. it is my hope that these types of practices are an anomaly specific to this situation only. I have not experienced this problem from this company in the past. In fact, my experience with them has been totally opposite of this. I would consider using this company again if these problems were corrected.

The person who came out to give us a quote was very nice and knowledgeable, but I wasn't able to afford it. I was thinking that it was going to cost $3000, but they quoted $11000. I had received quotes from somebody else. I am sure it would have been good and everything they said was correct, but I couldn't afford it. They were the best when it came to just meeting with them. I would consider them if I make a lot more money.

They were very good. They replaced two windows. They were very good. They were quick, professional, and very high quality work.

They did a good job and they followed up with their quality inspections for about 4 years. I have had no reason to call them back for anything. They cleaned up well, I did not get any flat tires with all of the nails they had around the house.

They have come back about 3 times to do some small repairs for some leaks. On a couple of the visits, they were not timely getting back to me. The clean up was fine when they were done with the work initially. They started on a Friday and finished on a Monday. They left extension cords and unnecessary things on my roof over the weekend that made it look kind of a mess.

They gave a good price. They came right away and did their work and they were clean. They were very nice.

Everything went just as they said. The windows came in quicker than they thought, they don't leak and they are beautiful. They cleaned up well and they are a good company.

They did a very good job. I had a little problem with it but they came back out and fixed it. Whoever did the measurements did them tight so they had to do a little extra work to get it in there. I will be having them come back to do another door this year.

I was pleased with the service. The workmanship, quality and service were very good.

They were very fast and they were very professional they did a good job.

Taylor had apparently purchased the Rembrandt business that did an install of 3 windows in 2009. Both companies were introduced and marketed through Sams Club. The original Rembrandt install was incomplete on one window such that it leaked into the wall space causing a stain on the drywall which subsequently had to be replaced. Taylor installed additional windows and tried to repair the work done by Rembrandt on the original install but it took an additional trip to complete the repair correctly and prevent leaking. The windows installed by Taylor also had incomplete cauking and had to be called out to complete the job correctly. I just felt I am paying a premium price and while the windows themselves are fine, the install process seemed to be slipshod.

I have had them do multiple projects for me out of which some turned out okay and some were very annoying. There were 3 different groups of crew that came out to do the job. The amount charged was enormous. There were lots of windows and they were real good windows. The salesmen were extremely pushy. There was one salesman who had to leave by 3. He got here by 1:30 and we got rid of him by 4:30. It took an hour for us to make him give us the price. He then spent another 20 minutes talking in a machine gun's speed. That's the way it has been every time I dealt with them. Their salesmen try to browbeat you into signing up and from what I am told after dealing with Taylor Construction, that's exactly how they are trained to do it. They are extremely aggressive sales people. I was in sales years ago and I would have never done this. It gets a little irksome when you don't hear from the salesman again after they tell you that they would come out to check it once the project is complete. They should at least call up and inform that they are busy. I have dealt with 3 different salesmen and all 3 spoke very good English because they were either Native Georgians or Native Americans. They were fine. However, every time the work crew showed up, there wasn't anybody who spoke English. The soffit and fascia both had to be redone. They weren't straight and my daughter who is 10 years old told me that it was crooked. So there is definitely a problem when a 10-year-old can easily spot that it is crooked. While they did the soffit, fascia, window frame wrapping and the door frame wrapping, they were supposed to by their contract remove and replace any rotted lumber. I had a project manager come back here to check because I knew that there were pieces of rotted lumber and I never saw them take any lumber out. It was rotted enough that we could push the finger into the wood. So they called them back and they ripped that off. They sawed out exactly 8 inches of wood. If you are going to replace a piece of wood, then you have to replace the whole piece of wood instead of removing a piece of lumber on the bottom. If they had told me that's what they were going to do, then I would have bought the piece of wood and cut it through for the side of that frame. I would have painted it myself and then given it to them to install. They have still not replaced some part of the soffit and fascia where there is rotted wood. We had an old alarm system in this house when we moved in. We didn't restore it. We used some of the old system and we primarily installed a new one. So there are a lot of magnetic contacts and every window had them. The new windows have very good locks and I didn't really think that we were going to need the contacts on the windows.

The guy that came was tremendously high pressure. He stayed for 3 hours with all kinds of pitches. I didn't have 3 hours. He didn't take a hint that we wanted him to leave. After he left they kept calling us back. This was a year ago and we still get calls from them. I wouldn't go back to them for anything for work.

The gutters work okay, but I have a leak between the gutters and the facia board. I've called them at least 20 times. They keep trying to get work from me, and I won't do it. They haven't honored their warranty. I have nothing but negative things to say about them.

They gave me an outrageously high estimate on the fly and without looking at the job.

I met them at a realtor trade show and indicated I needed some siding replaced on my own personal home. They followed up and scheduled an appointment a few days later. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and asked me if my husband would be present. I told them emphtically that I was the decision maker on this project..They continued to try and make the appt for when my husband would be present. I again told them that would not be necessary as I was the decision maker on this project. If you can believe this, they then cancelled the appt as they REFUSED to meet with me without my husband. Unbelievable in that this would occur in 2009--seems out of the dark ages. I would NEVER do business ever with a company as unprofessional as this one. EVER.

I heard their name on the local radio for years so I decided to have them out five years ago. My husband had just died previous to this. The salesman came out and was very, very eager for me to make a selection and to get the sale. I was not ready to make this decision, but he was forceful for me to make this decision. They were unprofessional when installing the windows. Six months later we were inspectiing the windows and we found scatches on every window sill inside. When I called them, I had a terrible time to get them to come out. The salesman told me one thing about their installation was that I would never be able to tell new windows were installed, quite the opposite. After my purchase Mr. Reedy called me to congratulate me for my selection, but when I mentioned him during the call back process, he could not remember me or find me. They blamed the scatches on wear and tear. Each window has the same marks in the same place and is not from wear and tear. I have a very bad feeling about this company and would never recommend them. Their price was extreme and very overpriced come to find out.

What a fracken waste of my time! 2.5 hours to be exact! 1st 30 minutes - I needed gutter, facia board and soffit repair. Salesman arrived on right on time (weekday 6:30pm). I was expecting Taylor Construction, instead salesman from their Gutter Guard division shows up. He spent about 30 minutes reviewing area of repairs. Kept asking questions about whether I would be paying out of pocket or insurance claim. I just wanted a simple inspection and a quick estimate. Boy was I in for a surprise! After 30 minutes I asked salesman to just give me a ballpark figure on estimate, but he refused to do so. Asked again for estimate and would not budge, said that the number that we would eventually give me would be the exact price for the job. Took out his binder of customer referrals and testimonial letters and suggested I call the people on the list. I refused and just told him that I just wanted a quick estimate and that so far this was taking up more time than I had anticipated. Hour 1 - Done with his estimate. Asked if he could step inside home to review. From his car trunk, he grabbed his laptop case and huge bag of various demo gutter samples. I asked him if he was moving in. Sets up laptop on kitchen table. Opens up a powerpoint presentation. Going over the history of the company and how great a reputation the company has and how they've been in business for millions of years and that they have no cash flow problems and how they're insured, blah, blah, blah. Still no idea how much repairs would cost. Just when I thought the presentation was over, it wasn't. Part 2 of the powerpoint presentation was all about gutters and the history of their evolution and how Gutter Guard was the best. I actually found this part interesting, and Gutter Guard did seem like it's well designed. But it was getting late and I just wanted some numbers. Salesman began pulling gutter samples out of his bag and demonstrating in conjunction with powerpoint presentation. At one point I asked him to skip the gutter demo and just give me the bottom line. Hour 2 - Finally initial quote was around $4,500. Too much. So he dropped it to $3,500. Too much. He then made a fake call to his boss (sales tactic, probably just talking to one of his sales buddy that does same thing). Said that boss authorized additional $500 reduction. But that I had to be willing to put a sign in my yard advertising their company and had to write a testimonial letter. Told him price still too high for what I wanted done. He kept insisting that take this deal now or lose it. I wouldn't budget. Told him I had another company coming out to give me estimate. He tried to make me feel guilty by saying, "well I guess I didn't do my job because I failed to convince you" or something like that. Another sales tactic. I just wanted him gone, I was tired and it was late 9pm. He finally took all his junk and left. !! Needless to say, extreme High Pressure dog-and-pony show!!

Job was done very well and has added much value to the appearance of my house. This is a 2500 sq. ft. house that they did all the trim on and a large bay window area. The crew also removed gutters and cleaned them before reinstalling. They checked back frequently to ensure I was satisfied with the work. No rework was required.

I called and an appointment for an estimate was arranged. I was given several options and I chose the one where you never have to clean your gutters again. I had to pay a portion up front when I agreed to have the work done. I was able to schedule the work at a time when I was not home, which was convenient for me. The first time the workers came out they discovered the rotten wood. There was some minor problem in conveying that I wanted this repaired, but once this was cleared up, the work was completed by the time I got home from work that day. I inspected it, gutters, new fascia and all, and mailed the check for the remaining balance.

They were excellent. They cleaned up their mess. They did a really good job. I would definitely recommend them and in the near future if we had to use them we would.

When we added an addition to our house the contractor told us that we would need to have gutters installed. My wife asked if I couldn't install them myself. My response was that I could but I would rather have a professional do it so that we don't end up with water standing in the gutters and creating a mosquito breeding pool. We hired Enloe and ended up with two separate mosquito breeding pools because the gutters were sloped away from the downspouts. I called them back once and they installed another downspout. I called them again and they came and added another downspout. On the second trip the downspout was routed through our deck. The installer did not have the black drainage pipe with him to carry the water out from under the deck. He promised that he would come back next week....never has. I still have his caulk gun which he left. Each call to this company is an ordeal involving everyone who is evidently an independent contractor.

I was told the process would take an hour, but it ended up taking 2.5 hours. After a long-winded sales pitch, the quote was way high and the salesman used high pressure tactics to get me to try and sign immediately. I told him from the beginning that I was getting multiple quotes and I was not in a rush. But he kept pushing and even called his boss during our call to get the price dropped. He also tried to push other products on me that I didn't have any interest in. I just wanted a quick quote and some basic information and then for the guy to leave so I could get back to watching TV. I would stay away from this business.

It went terribly. On July 13, 2006, we had a representative come out to give us a quote on vinyl siding. We had been told it would take 90 minutes. The representative spent 60 minutes looking around, commenting on the windows, the gutters, the neighborhood, and so on with very little discussion on the siding. He briefly went over some actual siding information and choices and then noted he would have to reschedule because we would need more time. I asked what the rough estimate was and he would not give me a number. I did not hold a follow up appointment due to the waste of time I endured and will look at other siding companies in the spring.
