It was a very smooth process. They came out and measured all the windows and the doors. Several weeks later, they called to schedule installation. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and went right to work. It was a substantial job, and it bled over into a second day, but they had finished all the inside work on the first day and were simply finishing the insulating, caulking, and finishing work on the exterior on the second day. We have absolutely noticed the difference -- there has been a significant reduction in exterior noise and our air conditioning is working much more efficiently.

Product quality and service were excellent! Arrived on-time, crew were courteous and professional, immaculate installation and cleanup, and no call-backs have been needed. We'll use them again for exterior doors and rear windows.

Great! They were punctual. They amen with a large crew and was able to complete the job in a day and half. The crew was very responsive to our requests and made sure we were satisfied. They had great follow up as well.

Installation went exactly as explained. They were on time and finished within the time frame given. The contractors were courteous and left everything in perfect condition, not a spec of debris left behind from the old windows. The windows look great!

Everything went very smoothly from the visit of the salesperson to installation. Most of the windows in our house were original, "builder grade" windows. Our house is much cooler now and we can open and air out the house easily. Windows also look great. Great value overall.

Great service, came with the full crew and replaced every window in the house in 6 hrs. Crew was cleaning during and aftter work and left everything the way they found it. Windows look great! I would reccomend Synergy again - it was a great experience!

Everything went as promised. I was kept posted as to when the installation was going to happen. The installation itself was extremely smooth and very well organized. All work including clean-up was finished in about 3 1/2 hours.

The workmanship was outstanding - the crew was on time, professional, washed every window, and completely cleaned up all of the saw dust and scraps.

We were very pleased with the windows themselves, as well as all the interactions we had with the office and installation employees. They explained the whole process up front and what kind of timeline we should expect, and everything went according to plan. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. The installation was fast and clean. The windows are beautiful, and we can already tell a difference in how the temperature in our home is better regulated. Our heater runs less than before, and you can touch the windows when it's 40 degrees or lower outside, and they're barely cold to the touch. We're extremely pleased with the product and with our experience with the company. We highly recommend working with them.

Synergy company did an excellent job. We met up and they gave us the best available price on the market with the best materials used. Everything was done very professionally. They pointed out a lot of crevices and cracks in the windows that i have not noticed before and if they werent pointed out, winter days would be a lot colder! My windows look amazing now!! thank you!!!

The rep named Coco was great. She was very knowledgeable about the product and had samples. She was nonjudgmental and very helpful and trustworthy. Guys that measured and installed Windows did an excellent job, did all work in 1 morning and cleaned everything up! Company will help with financing too.

It was a great experience. The people that installed the windows (Jeff and his crew) were awesome. They were fast and clean. Even the office staff were all very helpful. Kimberly went out of her way to bring me color samples on a Saturday.

They arrived in the morning and were able to change out, foam seal and aluminum wrap 20 windows in less than 4 hours. I know that sounds like they cut corners but i watched and have construction experience. They were able to move so fast because they had probably 10-12 people and they worked like a well oiled machine. The windows work great and I have had no problems. I will update in a year to see if any issues develop and if there is a significant energy savings.

Initially, we were approached by a gentleman who asked if we were interested in new windows for our home. Since this was a project we were looking to do at the time, we talked with him. They offered a "Demo-home" pricing structure that matched pricing for the same amount of good quality (not the least expensive) double pane windows. There is a small amount of pressure in the sales pitch when the salesman comes to demo the actual windows but it was not overwhelming. Just the typical "We only make this offer to 3 homes and have 3 more appointments scheduled for this area already". Everything went very smoothly. My engineer husband quizzed the salesman on the technical aspects of the triple pane window and was satisfied with the quality and pricing. The Install team was very efficient and install appeared effortless! What a machine and Great team! You can tell they have done this a time or two before. It is too soon to determine how much of an energy cost saving we will see due to the triple pane windows but we did notice a reduction in outside noise instantly. Additionally, our AC did not switch on as often but it was the start of Fall weather. So far, we are very pleased. Would recommend them to friends.

The rain caused some delay, however the team was otherwise professional and prompt. One window was manufactured to the wrong size, but the error was corrected immediately. There were no unexpected charges and the team replaced one garden lantern that was accidentally damaged.

Everything went just as advertised...the windows are very well built, the job was done correctly the first time when they said it would be for the price it would be, and overall we're very happy. Great product and installation! It's a wonderful improvement to our house!

The work was very well done and this company is very detail orieted. We love the windows that we have on our house and are saving over 30% on our heating and cooling cost per month.

Our windows were in terrible shape--thin, single pane, wooden grids which were rotting, a hole and broken parts here and there. Most of the outside trim and sills had bad wood rot. It was time to replace but looking at prices online, there was no way. I thought about just replacing the worst offenders. I got a call from my wife that these guys came by and selected our house to be a "model home" or something like that (which means roaming neighborhoods, looking for terrible windows and seeing if owners will bite on the sales pitch). I looked online and was getting in the ball park of $750-1000 per window for reputable places and good windows. These guys said they could get us a great deal, basically labor only and "free windows" since we were so lucky to be picked as a model home. I figured, what's the worst that could happen. Well, there is a little bit of pressure in the sense that if you tell them maybe later, the deal is probably off. They are looking for a yes or no after the sales pitch. However, I didn't feel pressured like if you got a free month pass to a gym but they wanted you to sign up for a year. I was prepared for a very high number so I could say no easily but they came in with a very competitive offer. He even guaranteed the price could not be beat for comparable triple pane windows. Plus, they are essentially good for life and only acts of God are not covered. If you accidentally break them down the road, they will be replaced for free. Can't beat that. The quote was actually for less than the above figure but we were asked not to disclose the price since we got such a great deal with our "model home" status. There is a 1 year same as cash option with EnerBank (who I have used before) and since we qualified, we decided to go with it. The windows took a couple of weeks to come in but our install date got moved up because they had a cancellation. Since it got moved up, they offered to remove some of the blinds which was helpful. Install took 2 days. My wife said a small army came in at the beginning. Basically it took only 1 day to get all the windows out and put in the new ones. The next day was spent mostly installing the vinyl trim and caulking. We did have to wait a few more days for some additional trim to come in for the non-square windows. It wasn't the smoothest install (carpets got a little dirty, small cracks here and there in the stucco, etc.) but the issues were all minor. The results were fantastic. The windows look great, the trim looks great and the caulking job looks excellent. I saw them do some caulking and it was done very professionally and with care. We live near a street and now there is a weird almost hollow sound from the cars passing but the noise reduction overall is significant. Personally I don't think the actual energy savings will be tremendous but it will definitely help (i.e., don't get the windows just for the energy savings). No more cold windows and areas of condensation. Most important for me oddly enough is not having to worry anymore about all the wood rot--gone and replaced with vinyl that is easy to clean. Windows open inward for easy cleaning as well. We now have screens and easy to open windows to actually use when the weather is nice. Warning, it is extra for grids on the windows, probably a few thousand for a project our size. We have blinds and opted for a bigger, cleaner look with no grids. They look excellent. Also, since these guys are a bit thicker than the previous windows, our blinds barely fit back on so wait on the window dressings if you can. Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys and am very happy with the purchase and install.
