He was the only company that I had called that called me back. He was out fairly quickly. He wanted to look at the property to make sure it could be done before he said he'd do the work. I drew a picture of what I wanted and he did it exactly how I wanted it. He is extremely prompt. He tends to things immediately if there is a problem, calls you right back when you call but he's usually able to answer his cell phone. My only complaint is that it is hard for him to get all of his people here exactly when they're supposed to be here, but they do let you know when they're coming. He is very knowledgeable in landscaping. It was expensive but I got extremely good quality. He is a very, very nice man. He got everything I wanted.
