+ -1 moreI actually went into a store. Honestly, it was just a bunch of kids running that store. They were very unprofessional. So, I actually walked out of the store and ordered my stuff over the online service because I was so frustrated with the store.
Description of Work: I use Sprint for cellular phone service.

+ -1 moreWhen I went into the location it was a zoo; every time you talk to somebody they gave you a different story. I was very frustrated going in there. I went home and I got it online. Their prices are good. When I went in there it was horrible.
Description of Work: I went in there to get a phone.

+ 0 moreGenerally we had very little difficulty with Sprint. They have a lot of flexibility. You can change your plan at any minute. The only thing I don't like is like everybody else, they have contracts. But they're excellent overall. We have been using them for a long time already.
Description of Work: I use Sprint as my voice mail company. Basically, their coverage includes all the major cities we go to, and they provide all-in-one rate for data.
