Spencer showed up on time at our agreed upon location. He took the laptop and we met in several days later at the same location. The ThinkPad has been working ever since.

This was a great service experience. Tony diagnosed my connection problem in minutes. He actually diagnosed it over the phone before ever seeing the computer. I was so happy that I went ahead and spent the time having him help me clean up some files, run a diagnostic test, and had a lot of questions answered and explained. This computer has been through an upgrade and new router installation and neither tech mentioned the connection problem or a solution. Tony will be our computer serviceman from now on. I highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable.

Tony came to my house, told me that the computer might take a little longer to be fixed, but to my surprise - it was done in less than an hour. He also showed me what I need to do in the future to avoid problems like that, and installed some antivirus software on my computer that has been keeping my computer safe.

It was fast, it was cheap and it was a pleasure to talk to the computer guy.

I was browsing online, and I found that I have a virus. A really bad one. We all know how bad it is when your computer is out. This is when I decided to go online on my phone and look for someone to fix my computer. First I called Geek Squad, as they were the first name that popped up in my mind. I called them, and they told me that it will take at least a week and some crazy price. I asked if I can have someone come over and fix it - they said yes, and asked for almost $400. Lets face it - I can simply get a new computer for that price. This is when I found Roswell computer repair on google. The guy that I talked to told me that I can have a same day service and they can actually come to my house and fix it. That was awesome. And guess what - the price was $149 which is a really good deal. The technician (Tony) came to my house, and was really extremely polite, and he told me that it will take about an hour and a half to two hours, as my computer was reeeaallly infected. But to my surprise it took him about an hour. He finished, explained how everything works, what he did, and what I need to do to stay away from viruses in the future, and got his check and was on his way. He even helped me out with choosing a computer for my daughter. He found me a great deal, and little Lindsey is now happy with her new computer. I would STRONGLY recommend them to you, as this is the best computer repair company that I have used in a long time. Well, actually I would strongly suggest staying away from viruses too, but if you end up having one - call them, its worth it.
