Michelle Patrick sold us 3 pendants without explaining it needs a RapidJack canopy. She misrepresented the lights and now she does not allow these unused pendants to be returned. She says we are stuck with them. She recently sold us more than $2K of fixtures, one of which is a defective ceiling fan according to our electrician. She now says once we hung it, we can only get an exchange. We cannot get a refund. I wonder how one knows a fan is defective unless it was installed on a ceiling? We have easily spent $10K with Progressive Lighting. We will never do business with them again.

Unable to complete transaction as showroom sales personnel were non responsive.
Description of Work: We went to the showroom. Nobody offered to help us even though we walked around, made eye contact and finally had the store manager paged. When he didn't respond, we left the building. We picked out about $5000 in fixtures that we liked but nobody in the showroom would help us. A complete waste of time. Back to the Internet.

THE SALES EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THERE WAS A PROBLEM DISCOVERED BY THEM BEFORE DELIVERY AND BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION. ANOTHER LIGHT WAS SUBSTITUTED AT A DISCOUNT FOR THE SAME PRICE. THE LIGHT WAS NOT INSTALLED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T BRING A LONG ENOUGH LADDER.
