They are very reliable. They are very helpful.

They are terribly unresponsive. I had to call several times and leave several messages before anybody would call me back. I had to actually have the issue escalated to the vice president before somebody would even talk to me. I have a contract with them and I don't even see the pricing. Once they show up the work is fine, but getting them to talk to me is the problem.

Pet USA Company seems to be much disorganized to me. We started using the Company ten years ago when we had a baby and they never updated that information but i thought that was okay though. They always came when they said they would come. They would always call first. They always are very professional. The only problem I had was when we had to remove the bait station to get the front porch built. Pet USA Company never came back because we were having constructions and we kept building. We called them but they did not respond when we have been their happy customers for ten years. I also left messages but they never called me back. Then finally I pretty much told them that we are not going to pay their bill because they didn't come and they couldn't prove that they came. Then they came and ripped off all of the termite bait stations out of my yard. They did not even talk to me about it. I might consider them in the future if I don't find anyone else for pest control.

The price was fair and the person who sold me the job was very knowledgeable. I did some research on the treatment, so I knew what to listen for and what to expect. The price was for an 845 sq. foot home. Since the treatment was recent, I have yet to comment whether the treatment has worked.

I've used them for years and they always seem to do such a fantastic job whenever they come. They're in and out and they're just very professional about everything. I really like them. They are a great company overall.
