+ -1 moreAbout 75% of the job has been completed, and the team did good work. But around May things started going sour. I couldn't get the remaining work finished, Jason couldn't keep an appointment, and to this date my project is still incomplete. Now I cannot get Jason to answer my calls or return my messages. I also started getting contacted by subcontractors who hadn't gotten paid and who started threatening to place a lien on my property. although I had paid Perpetual Creations for the work they provided. Lastly, I was contacted by another Perpetual Creation customer who had been experiencing the same problem (subcontractors trying to get paid, Jason not returning calls) trying to track Jason down. I find the whole experience disappointing because I had such high expectations of Perpetual Creations, only to have it end up like this.
Description of Work: Installed new backyard; grading, sod, plantings, irrigation work.
