PEACH STATE POOL SERVICE INC

Started service last year, asked to put my card on file with their office for automatic billing and made a note on my account that any additional charges / fixes / etc should be passed by me first before the serviceman did any work. Mission accomplished, right? Wrong. Months later, after ignoring the slips in the mailbox because I assumed they were simply receipts, I get a nasty surprise that they never started automatic billing, and that the charge from service to service varies anywhere from $65 to $383. I can't do a **** thing about work that's already been done, but I call and ask them to confirm the card is on record, assure me the account is now being billed properly, and to ASK ME before doing any work above and beyond normal cleaning. Mission... accomplished? Of course not. I should have known. Instead, I go back to ignoring the service slips because I assume -like all my other bills- it's being automatically paid. SURPRISE! I eventually get a statement in the mail, and find months worth of charges ($1700!) some of which again clearly indicate work done beyond the usual $65-$75 cleaning service. Closing up my account and taking my $$ elsewhere. There are too many reputable pool cleaning businesses in the area to give another cent to this one.

Building a pool can be a big project to tackle and we are so fortunate to have found a top notch contractor\pool builder Peach State Pool. What a great group of people to work with from start to finish; even with all the pop-up rain storms in May& June Peach State Pool delivered an oasis to our backyard. Thank you especially to Bill, Jonathan, Danny, Joey and Cliff for enduring all our questions and working diligently to complete our pool project in a timely manner. We are very pleased with our new pool and were impressed with the professional manner in which the details were addressed. I know Peach State truly cares about its clients when the owner (Bill) visits the construction site to ensure everything is taken care of to his standards. Everyone at Peach State was courteous and very easy to work with and we would recommend this company to anyone looking to add a pool addition to their home.

We have been using Peach State for quite a while and they were just OK. Nothing great but not bad enough to let go. However, this year things changed. We have an electric pool cleaner that was suggested by Peach State because our Polaris just wasn't getting enough of the debris. The new pool cleaner is a top of the line cleaner but it just wasn't working and I repeatedly called the company to help me with it. Long story short, all it needed was to be cleaned out. (it hadn't been cleaned out in years!) Our new pool company immediately looked at the problem and frankly couldn't believe that Peach State hadn't cleaned the pool cleaner! Also, I would call repeatedly about the filters not pulling the top layer of film from the water and nothing was ever done. I would not recommend Peach State to anyone who wants a pool company that offers professional and caring service.

Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Mark explained everything to me and mentioned my options as well as what he would do if it were his pool. I very much appreciated his experienced opinion. For anyone else needing an assessment of a pool at a house they are looking to purchase, I recommend Peach State Pool Service.

They are always responsive. They are also good about talking about what makes sense based on the age of your pool and equipment..

The lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and her cost estimate was spot on. The technician arrived as scheduled and called before arrival. The new pump worked as expected. They followed up afterwards about the quality of service.

It was very unsatisfactory. They were hard to get ahold of. Their technician didn't know what he was doing. First, I used them for an inspection. We have a very complicated pool system, so we had to get someone else. They didn't fix the system.

They do a good job-show up when they say---no sitting around waiting for them and they do want was asked of them. The office follows up if parts are back ordered to ensure you have an update on when the work can be completed

I have no complaints about this company. They do everything they have to do and always leave my pool very clean. They re very polite and the workers are friendly and very nice. I am pleased with this company.

Overtightened several valves so that we were unable to open ourselves. It took a week for them to come back out to fix it, and 2 men did come out, but did not loosen the valves that were a problem!

Very well.
