It was great. The tech. quickly explained that the problem was not as serious as I felt, and took care of it quickly for a reasonable price.

Just bought a house. Didn't know the history of the garage door opener. Downward force was too much. Garage door wouldn't reverse if it hit anything. The pro took the time to educate me about the problem and how one issue can lead to others down the road, including how previous homeowner adjustments contributed to the problem. Advised me of ways to maintain the life of the opener. Very friendly. Convenient scheduling. Highly recommend! Will use again.

Everything went real well for the installation, but we had a problem with the door closing eight days later. We called the company and explained the problem. Instead of giving us a quick trouble shooting over the phone to check for the laser, they sent a serviceman out and it took him 30 seconds to adjust and charged us $49.00!! After having the laser in place for 15 years and never having a problem, you would think they would have told us over the phone to check this simple solution.

The technician arrived when he said he would and replaced the slat on my garage door which was no small task. He did an excellent job and performed a maintenance check/adjustment on the door when done. I would recommend them to others.
