One Clear Choice was friendly, punctual, and did a great job on my garage door. the technician explained his work and told me how to take care of the door.

I called One Clear Choice at around 7:30 AM and a tech was there by 8 AM and my garage door was repaired by 9 AM. Tech was very knowledgable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone with garage door issues.

I had a broken spring on my overhead garage door. The tech kept trying to up sell everything and was telling me that my garage door was going to fall down if I didn't replace every little thing. To top if off, he totally forgot to secure the track. Luckily I noticed and pointed it out to him. I would not recommend this company.

I called to have a set of torsion springs replaced in my garage at 8:00 am and they were completed with the fix by 9:30 am the same day! Adam was polite and recommended several fixes for the future to make it quieter. Quick, efficient, and friendly...what more can you ask for?

The installer who put in our new garage door was meticulous and did a great job. Even came back on Saturday to finish it to his satisfaction. We are very happy with our new door.

Big John was the tech that came to my home to replace my garage door opener... He was very helpful. He explained everything to me and was even kind in his conversation with my children when they were in the garage. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. Fees were slightly higher than I expected so make sure you get all the rates upfront. Still affordable and worth the money. I am hiring them back for another project.

After changing the springs, the guy did not make a proper adjustments to the garage door. The gap between the door and railing is about 5/8 th on one side and zero on the other. the door is rubbing against the railing . I called him back and I told him to fix the problem by adjusting the tensions in cords. He refuse to make any effort to make any adjustments and simply said there was nothing wrong and gave me long speech as how garage doores all make noise. He also wanted to charge me for his second trip. Never paid him. Also called the owner of the Company and he gave me the same speech. The problem is very obvious and I am surprised.
