First time service of Mr Electric. Very responsive, and quick response time. Adam was friendly, quickly assessed the issue and repaired it professionally. Very positive experience.

Jared was very personable yet professional. He did a great job of wiring our basement for our kitchenette. I would highly recommend this company to do any electrical work that you need done.

Dustin saved the day with a whole house power outage. He was quick, professional, and took his time to work through it and find what we needed after hours and on the weekend, all at a reasonable price. I will reach out again for our electrical needs!

The technician was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. But in my opinion the cost was outrageous. He had to replace two switches in the same box, and quoted me over $300. That is far higher than what I have paid for minor electrical work in the past by local electricians. I had no choice but to pay it since I had requested to work from home that day, and didn't want to abuse that privilege for another day. I regret using them, and wish I had just paid the $29 service fee and called someone else. Please do not use this company unless you enjoy being taken advantage of. I gave a "C" for professionalism since I feel the technicial made some ridiculous statements trying to justify such a ridiculous price for his services. They did in the end give me a 10% discount for being an Angies List Member.

I just used Mr Electric and I got them through you. It was very good. The price was okay. I was happy with what I got.

Not well. I was shocked by the quote.

I would not use him again. The pricing was way too high on the panel. I had another electrician come out and confirm the work was overpriced and done incorrectly.

Overall, the work was good quality, but the price was very exorbitant. There were a few spots that need repairing from where they cut into the drywall and moved the panel box! But overall it went pretty well!

The service rep that answered the phone was professional but would not give me any idea about price over the phone. It was stated that estimates were free. The technician arrived on time and was professional. He listened to what our needs were and then took some measurements and said he was going to write up a quote. Fifteen minutes later he had a quote that he explained in detail. The price quoted was 3 times higher than another quote we had already got from another electrical company. The tech excused himself politely at the look of our shocked faces and left the price quote sheet.

The work was very well done. He gave us a free estimate and explained very well the situation we were having with the light switches. When he made a mistake on a light switch, he did the other one for free.
