+ -1 moreIt was a very good experience. As usual, they did a really good job. They put everything back the way it was when they were done and it was a very favorable experience overall.
Description of Work: They've cleaned the carpets numerous times. This was the 5th or 6th time we used them and the first time they've cleaned our couch.

Description of Work: Bob from Metro Carpet Steam has been my go to guy for the past couple of years. This time he cleaned my carpet in the living room, my couch, love seat, chair, and ottoman. They are all microfiber. They clean up great. Everything will remain damp for several hours. But the chemical free cleaning works great. He fit me in to clean before we were hosting a party. You need to allow a full 24 hours of drying time even though it will be mostly dry after a few hours

+ -1 moreWe recently purchased a foreclosure and the carpets were in good shape but dirty in some spots. Bob from Metro Carpet Steam Cleaners came and cleaned all the rooms in a couple of hours. They looked great after he was done. He even turned the water on for the house for me since I can't reach the main faucet. He was very pleasant and nice to my 1 year old daughter. The work was higher than his original estimate only because I mis-calculated the number of rooms and "spaces" but still a very reasonable price. Also he "fit" me in when another job of his was canceled because I really wanted it done before the holidays (his busy season).
Description of Work: Metro Carpet Cleaners steam cleaned 6 rooms, and two stairways. I paid $250 for all of that work, my no obligation quote from another company was $500.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and they were very polite. They put down a chemical to protect against germs, but they left no harsh smell when they were finished. They dried the carpets themselves and arranged the furniture exactly how they found it.

+ -1 moreBob is the gentlemen we deal with and communicate with when dealing with this particular business. The prices this company gives you will literally blow your mind. Now for them to do every single area in my house it cost me a hundred bucks. You honestly can not beat it. Plus, in addition to charging the lowest prices around, they treat you great, and the work they do is amazing. I seriously do not understand why they do not advertise more in this area. I found out about them through a friend so I know I have found a good thing in them. They are the best around though and again, their prices are bound to just floor you.
Description of Work: My house is 2400 square feet and two stories and covered wall to wall in carpets. This company came in and cleaned the carpets wall to wall for me.
