Atlanta has been getting some crazy rains recently and we discovered that our retaining wall really wasn't retaining anything anymore. We called Bill Mazza and a few other companies to get quotes. He was out the next day and was the most competitive bid for the project. When we were ready to start, he was out there with his crew and equipment promptly. The job took about a week to complete. Then, about two weeks later, we had some severe weather that lead to a crazy downpour. A portion of our lawn just washed away due to a drain from our gutter that was disconnected underground that no one knew about. Bill came out with his truck and crew when we notified him what happened and spent another two days replacing the dirt that washed away (now with more concrete to solidify the ground) and re-rerouted the drain to avoid the problem in the future. He only charged us a minimal amount ($200) for more materials. He really stood by his work and made sure everything was right.
