We called and left messages for at least 10 landscaping companies to come and give us estimates on the project. Out of all those, only 2 companies returned calls in a 2 week time span. Sean called us back within 24 hours and took time on a Saturday morning (4/13) to meet our scheduling needs. He was extremely friendly and to the point. By Monday evening (4/15), we received an estimate. This was a huge plus for us as we have 5 dogs and needed this done ASAP. Also, the 2nd company came out 3 days prior and we didn't receive their estimate until a week and a half later (5 days more than when it was promised to us.) We let Sean know we were waiting on another estimate and would let him know a decision by Wednesday (4/17). We signed the contract and Sean immediately set up our project for May 1&2. Due to the ongoing rain, unfortunately our project was pushed back until 5/7. On 5/7 when I arrived home, Antonio and his crew were diligently working. Antonio walked me through everything they were doing and was able to answer all questions and concerns. We initially were going to order sod and install ourselves; however, after a weekend of nothing but rain, we were fed up and immediately called Sean during day 1 of the project to request this to be added. Without hesitation, he was able to have his crew install within the same time frame we were promised the project to be completed. After the project was finished (5/8), we had a couple of questions and contacted Sean. He immediately got back to us. We LOVE our new yard and will definitely use Landscape Group Inc for any future needs!!
