JOHN MEASE HOME INSPECTIONS

If I could give greater than a 5-star rating I absolutely would! John is fantastic to work with, very polite and fun, but when it comes to knowledge I would be shocked if there is anyone better. While most of what others have shared about John is spot on, there is one comment previously made that in my opinion sums John up very nicely - - he is a walking encyclopedia. He knows his stuff and is as thorough as thorough can be. I have already hired John again for another job!

I contacted them after discovering they didn't detect an area where the floor deteriorated.. He said he wasn't on the hook for it because it was not visible when he inspected. I asked him how he could not notice it when it is very noticeable because it makes a crunching sound when you walk over it. I think he did a lacking job with the inspection. There is no way the damage occurred in the month time period after he performed the inspection. If he inspected it like he should have, this would have been noticed. I would not recommend him to anyone else.
