 + -1 moreI think George Cosar did a great job. He was always on time and work efficiently. He has a lot of experience and common sense so he knows how to work around problems one runs into working on an older house. The only knock I would have on him is that he needed to tell us about all of the supplies we needed to provide up front, ie: grout, etc. I would recommend and hire him again.
Description of Work: He tore out old tile and old shower door & fixtures and replaced it with all new tile, new shower door & replaced the tile floor. He also removed toilet and replace it with a new one.

 + -1 moreGeorge found the leak, fixed it, and told us he would come back out if his work leaked. Nice touch. He was meticulous in his work and it was all to code (unlike the other guy we had hired). My husband and I were really impressed with his work and professionalism. He was very timely and did the job in the amount of time allotted. He cleaned up after himself. The tile looks gorgeous and, after three weeks, we have no leaks. I would definitely use him again. His tile work is like his art.
Description of Work: I called Intex because it had a high rating on Angie's List. George, the owner, came out to do the estimate. He is from Italy and knows a lot about tile. Our job was a tough job because it was a re-do of a botched job someone else did. Virtually all of the tile in our shower had to be ripped out, a leak had to be found and fixed, then new tile (the old tile was ruined when it was ripped out) had to be installed. George also ended up helping us with picking brand new tile because the tile we had originally purchased is no longer made, so we had to come up with a whole new pattern and color. George was very helpful with that.

 + 1 moreGeorge did an excellent job. He was always on time. His prices are reasonable. His work is meticulous and accurate. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and it shows. I would use George on any other project.
Description of Work: This was a complete bathroom remodel. My house is over 100 years old and nothing is square or plumb. George demolished the old and installed a new whirlpool, vanity, sink, faucets and tile. He leveled the floor which was 3" off from one end of the room to the other.

 + 1 moreGeorge returned my call the same day and made it an effort to come to our home on a Saturday. All the other companies didn't even want to come out on a Saturday. He came out first thing on Monday and started the work and finished it on Tuesday. I was very impressed with his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Installed new shower pan-liner, new tile and re-enforced the jacuzzi tub. Installed new shower drain w/p-trap.
