Hi Tech Plumbing Inc

This plumber was referred to me by Ferguson Supply due to the nature of the shower value repair being a Grohe brand fixture that needed inspecting and replacement part installed. I wanted someone familiar with Grohe. He didn't have many reviews on Angie's List, but I went ahead with the recommendation. It took him 24 hours to call me back to set the appointment, which didn't set well with my gut. On the phone he didn't sound like he wanted to do the job when I set the appointment, and he made a point about he charges $125 per hour + parts. All these red flags gave me pause, but against my better judgement I set the appointment for a week + out. After waiting over a week the guy called 30 minutes before the appointment and said he would have to reschedule, with no apology or explanation of why. The best he could offer is a week later. It was as though he was doing everything he could to run me off. Not acceptable. I found a much higher rated Angie's List plumber that was pleasant and wanted the work. He was available within 48 hours.

I used their services three weeks ago. They have done everything from repair of broken PVC pipes, irrigation system and installation of five new toilets. They are very good in making themselves available in case of any emergency too. Their job is incredible. They are very cost effective. They are very reliable and trustworthy. They are knowledgeable.

As usual, Hi-Tech did a terrific job. VERY professional. Arrival, cost/time of job exactly as quoted.

I had a good experience with the plumbers. They did a good job working in the kitchen and bathrooms for me. The repairs were done right and the toilets are working fine. They were a little high-priced but provided good service.

It went fine. No more problems with the toilet.

They did a wonderful job with everything that they installed. They were able to work with our schedule so they were not able to come out on a daily basis. The job took approximately 1 month to finish everything.
